I love shopping @ Miniso. I normally visit the one in Nairobi on Thika road but when i heard 3 branches were opened in Uganda, i was excited and decided to visit the one @ Shoprite. They have unique little nicnacs and lots of varieties to choose from. The downside was that the customer care was very lacking. Once lady was so rude and didnt want to help us. Every time we asked for prices since the items were not tagged with prices she would get angry. Management should look into it otherwise most customers will go an shop elsewhere.

Worst Customer Service that you can expect. The Cashier at The Garden City Branch who calls herself Catherine is very arrogant and even has the audacity to say that why at all did you come to shop here. No Manager or team leader on ground. No escalations possible. Worst experience.

One of the more beautiful stores in Kampala. It has a clean modern vibe and there are a range of different things from computer accessories to kitchen utensils to garments. Prices are pretty good for most items and most are designed in Japan and manufactured in China. Not sure of the quality because I haven't used their products yet.
