I'd probably recommend it to anyone because it's worth it, but would go for some other places because here, the services are superb too but the thing is that in the inside part, some areas need to be worked on, they are not really bad but to make 'em look pleasant like their washrooms and walk ways.

Very happy to call ICU Guesthouse our home for a few weeks. This was an ideal spot within Kampala, and was remarkably safe compared to other locations. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooftop patio made for many a relaxing evening!

Superclean. Safe. Cosy place. Delicate sitting spaces, especially on the terrace/bar upstairs. No WiFi in the room, but in public areas. Shared bathrooms. The lunch and food are great, lovely fresh bread. Stayed August 2019.

Came back here after a year. Still one of the best places to stay in Kampala! Anne and Thijs are very kind and the ambiance is great! So everybody go to ICU guesthouse!

Wir waren während unseres Uganda Aufenthaltes zweimal im ICU. Beide Male war es großartig. Diese Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit. Eine schöne "Rooftop-Bar", gute Zimmer, saubere Bäder und unglaubliches Essen! Thijs, ihr habt fantastische Mitarbeiter! Nochmal eine dicke Umarmung an Jennifer, Alfred und alle anderen!

This has to be the best place I have ever stayed! The owners are absolutely delightful and go out of their way to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are a good size, very clean and the property is very well kept. And then there's the food! A very ample breakfast is included with lunch and dinner available and the meals are amazing! The guesthouse is located in a very nice part of the city and is very safe and secure. The roof top terrace with a self service bar is a perfect place to relax and meet other guests. I highly recommend the ICU Guesthouse!
