We had an incident with a local tour company back in august. We contacted UTB for help, after they responded promptly we thought we were finally getting somewhere. We went out of our way to send multiple emails, documents, and proof after we were scammed by this local tour company we were dealing with. Needless to say after all was said and done UTB did absolutely nothing. In fact they did more than nothing, they continued to ignore communication with us afterwards. I don't know what they are here for if they are not here to help the tourists. What a disappointment and waste of time.
