They say they will reconnect it and they will be sending someone to do it; however, they don’t follow through. Just too slow.

I have had the worst experience with the NWSC team, having no water in my area for almost a week and not being supported in any way possible. Called the toll free line, tweeted but all for nothing. All I keep getting are promises but nothing is being done and no updates shared either.

Always give me the worst experience for any public entity in Uganda. Have not had a constant supply of water for over two months. They never follow up, always promise to send someone but they never send anyone. Some offices like the Lukuli and Kansanga offices. are complete not customer focused. Their managers never follow up.

Strategically located at the center of the city and offering all you may need to know about its services. Mind you, they're time conscious on delivery.

I feel so bad about nateete services,surely they disconnected me yet am on zero balance,the dissconaction was not meant for me but they are just fooling us around 😔mbu they are coming to reconnect but thy don't show up.surely U pipo gat maps idnt call it a mistake at all.
