The lady at the reception(lands transactions and status checking) should be told when to make personal calls on her iPhone. After spending 3 hours in DTB, I had to spend another 30 minutes waiting for her to finish with her personal issues! I wonder what happens when there are more then 1 person given her mode of service.

This place can be quite cumbersome, owing to the bureaucracy of the staff and systems. Some construction is going on internally so some offices are relocated. So confirm with the Reception where exactly you are going. The staff are mostly professional and willing to help. The parking is very limited so plan on leaving your car outside the premises.

Administration offices and Head Quarters of Kampala Capital City Authority, thee body responsible for running Kampala, the Capital City of Uganda. Responsible for decision making to make services accessible to Kampala Citizenry. Great place to visit, good client care and innovation for service delivery.

Why do you mass poison the dogs and cats of Uganda? There are dirtier things to clean up. Dogs protect people and were created by God. Cays sense danger before it happens. They are to be cared for and loved. In return, they repay the efforts. Poison on a mass scale is also expensive. Is there a way to start a program to spay and neuter dogs and cats instead? That would help control the population humanely. It will also help reduce the numbers down the line. There must be a more humane method to tend the stray problem if that is the reason for doing this. Let us remind ourselves that we created the stray problem. We need to fix it humanely. Death and killing does not solve anything. In fact, it makes the problem worse. It also has a psychological impact on children and people. I mean no offense, I come here merely to gain knowledge in regards to my concerns. Thank you and be well.

It was quiet, secure with everyone seemingly busy...a good place to go and hang under the trees...they have huge marabou stock birds

I went to the KCCA Clint today and I did my medical form approval, but it's when I learnt that KCCA has the best offices in all cities in Uganda.

It's all about service delivery. You certainly get served when you've a definite need. But please show up to these public offices with clear needs and ensure it's the right place to address that need.

The place is calm and quiet. Though it is also a home to the maraboustocks. Just beware of them.
