Great πŸ‘ In pursuit of the dream to raise the next generation of problem solvers for the East African region and indeed the whole of Africa, the University operates a multi-campus system which consists of two campuses in Uganda (The Main campus in Kampala and the Western Campus in Ishaka-Bushenyi); one other university in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, while a third one is being developed in Nairobi Kenya. The University which started as a typical degree-awarding institution has now grown into the number one Private University in Uganda and is currently ranked number 5 in the country according to the 2019 Webometric Ranking, out of 50 universities. It is a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities, the Association of Africa Universities as well as the Inter University-Council of East Africa. The University offers a variety of programmes in Health Sciences, Science and Technology, Engineering, Business and Management, Law, Humanities and Education

The best academic atmosphere will be achieved at KIU... It has the largest library in the country and Africa, The Iddi Bassajja Balaba Memorial library (IBML) with variety of world class books both arts, languages and sciences. It's accessible with wheel chairs, and actually the library itself has several peaces of wheel chairs around 5 each floor. It's opening and closing time is favourable with a enough internet connection.

Kampala International University welcomes any scholar from every destination and this sets the place as the most socially and politically diversified university in East Africa. This kind of establishment within Kampala's suburbs makes education seem so expensive for low-income households, creating a huge mark that distinguishes the haves and have-nots.

Would have been a good institute but delays students in everything and mostly e results part with the system always being down, I regret the 5 years have spent there, as if we were studying on loan because it is hard for us to graduate, mostly school of law may God bless e administrators Abundantly, our parents have even reached an extend of disowning us

It's an average university , best part of it , giving young athletes to have scholarships by playing for the diffΓ©rent sports available at the university. But some management and security issues are to review (like in many universities in Uganda unfortunately)
