Cafesserie. Consistently good service. Superb homemade ice cream and one of Kampala's best cappuccinos! Make mine a double 😋 The vanilla brioche is to die for (but watch out for the waistline!) Strawberry cheesecake is insanely good.

So beautiful place with spacious find in area which will help you to have a meeting with your client... Varieties of coffee and shakes will give you good appetite for your beverage wishes... Food is ok ok but service was good... You will definitely feel relaxed and peaceful here...

Nice place, pizza was nice only complaint was the Hawaiian pizza would be much better if the ham and pineapple was chopped up fine and sprinkled on top. Instead it put on it giant slabs so you either get a mouth of just pineapple or a mouthful of ham. When it's better to get a mix, which can only be achieved by cutting pieces finer and sprinkling an even topping.

Some days, the meals are still enjoyable, but there have been instances where the taste and presentation have been lackluster. The lack of consistency in delivering dishes that meet the established standards has become a concerning trend. In addition to the decline in food quality, the cafe's hot drinks have become a particular cause for concern. What was once a reliable spot for a satisfying cup of coffee coffee or tea has now become an unpredictable experience. The taste, temperature, and even strength of the beverages vary significantly from one visit to the next. It is disappointing to see the absence of standardization in something as basic as a hot drink, especially after being a loyal customer for several years. Despite these setbacks, it's worth noting that CAFESSERIE UG has a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff have always been a positive aspect of the establishment. Heartfelt sorry to say Coming towards the atmosphere it's a moderate place Coming to food, I personally I'm a pure vegetarian I ordered 2 veg burgers with chips and I was served non veg burgers Tbh this is the second time this has happened THIS ISNT A COMPLAINT FOR GODSAKE BUT ITS CUSTOMERS RIGHT TO SAY OR COMMENT ABOUT THE PLACE

I just love the fact that the food served here is the same great taste at all branches. The team Cafesserie Village Mall needs to be appreciated for being prompt at service.

The atmosphere and the staff is good. Place is clean but bit expensive as compared to other restaurants in Kampala.

Service is poor. It takes a person calling for over three waiters to actually be served. Food sometimes comes when it is cold yet it is from the kitchen. Waiters are arrogant. They will literally stand in a corner and start gossiping when customers who have just sat have not yet been worked on.

They charged me 70000 UGX for a stamp on a $100 bill I gave them . When I asked them to bring it back to me , they claimed they already gave it to the exchange store !!! Just a complete rip off .

Have the best ice cream flavors in Kampala

Menu looks very interesting, but the dishes are less appealing when they come to you. Beef shawarma was full of fat :( And service is slooow…. To take the order and to bring the dishes.

Caffesserie a cafe I have been hearing about a lot from friends and family seeing it on Instagram and tiktok and different places then I went I had ordered something simple a pizza so I had it and I was like this is not a normal pizza like ones you can get from other places this pizza the cheese was very nice and creamy the meat and other toppings was very nice to go with it I had cookies and cream ice cream it was very tasty I enjoyed it with the crunch of cookie the creaminess of the ice cream the rich chocolate chips then to wash it all down I had a vanilla milkshake it was very creamy and smooth and very nice definitely a place to go

Nice place to meet people and now they have started Turkish food

The service was awesome. The waiters were friendly. I think it's the kind of service everyone would need. The restaurant environment is serene and good for an evening chill. Generally I loved the place.

This is best shawarma spot in Kampala. They have the best Arabic shawarma dish and one of a kind service. It's a New Momo Shawarma spot, and they are the kings.

The good: Nice food, nice service, this particular one features sharwama which is a great addition, very nice ice cream. Nice ambience for a singular, double or multiple seating. If you need to work, you shall find some sockets too. Love the majaedra rice, tender pork ribs, smoothies, churrios, mashed potatoes and the coffee. Very good at takeaway - will pack the food very securely and rarely mess up an order. You can pay cash, card or mobile money. The not so good: If you love sauce/gravy/broth, this menu is not for you - only option is a small portion of thick creamy mushroom sauce. Don't count on finding fast internet here - please organise for your own mobile hotspot. The service is great but you may have to be a bit proactive in flagging them at times. The menu is a bit limited food-wise - not as diverse as you'd expect. The cake is tasty but whole cake is a bit pricey.
