Super friendly helpful stuff. Unusual menu. Enjoyed the hibiscus beer 'cocktail.' Not cheap though... 9k ugx for a local beer.

Very good food and very decent cocktails. Also, a co-working friendly place; tables facing the balkony with plugs under each table, and music not too loud during the day. Try the Verde Arancini, and end your workday with a Tipsy Hibiscus

I've always passed by Urban Chevre but didn't make it in until today. SO glad I did! The food was delicious, the ambiance was next level and the vibes were simply on point. Staff were also extra caring and attentive. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Listen, I’m obsessed with this place. The banana and coconut cake with toffee sauce, sorcery. The service is kind and fast. I want to live here. I love coming here to read. 5 stars

The service was good and the food was good too. There is complimentary wine tasting on Sundays which is a great service. It is a bit expensive compared to the food portions but overall it is a great place to visit at least once, even just for the beautiful views

One of my husband's and my favourite places to chill in Kampala. When we're there, it's like we're in a totally different place, a perfect escape from the hectic streets of Kampala. The ambience and vibe are great; a modern, alternative and artistic feel. Prices are a bit high and menu options are limited and monotonous, especially if you don't eat meat. Otherwise, the service is grand - warm, friendly and attentive waitstaff. Sometimes they have live music, which adds another angle to it, but can get a bit too loud. Open mic and karaoke nights would be great additions to the place. If you're ever in Kampala, give Urban Chevre a try - you might even meet us there! 😅

I got a really good first impression while having my lunch at Urban Chevre. The attention to detail and quality from the whole staff is evident, and the balance of flavors and textures is quite good! I ordered the Falafel burger with the homemade Amish multigrain bread (delicious bread, by the way) and an earthtones juice. To finish, I got a delicious well-pulled double espresso from their Nuova Simonelli machine, which the barista seems to control quite well. Finally and probably the most important for these times, the COVID-19 prevention SOPs are rigorously followed and respected! A new favorite corner for this muzungu :)

Great food, hospitality is great kinda slow service but otherwise the ambiance Is great, clean environment and very friendly staff.

My three stars for food is on western level as is this restaurant. In Uganda it's of course on top level, but there's room to get better. Ingredients and innovations are on top level, plating is beautiful and full of ideas. I'm just wishing to infuse the tastes a bit more on everything. Some more love and time for base sauces and this is easily a five star place. Everything else in this place is perfect.

Cute place, spacious with balcony and indoor seating. I love the vibe…great music and friendly stuff. The food is great…there’s a variety of items covering everything from breakfast to post work drinks!! It’s located in a place with plenty of parking.

A nice place to eat, the meals are good but they will take a long time to come. The decore is basic, clean and functional with a splash of bright vibrant artwork adorning the walls. A great place to relax over some good food, the price level is good value.

By far my favorite establishment in Kampala! Very nice ambience and during the day very chilled... The food and juices are better than what I have had elsewhere in Kampala, and the service is also unlike many other places. My wife and I would come here regularly to get a much needed breakaway from Kampala's hectic streets. I also showed a colleague with extensive work experience in Kampala and he seemed equally impressed. Please keep on the good work and maintain your high quality service and product - this is a rare gem!

Tucked away on the second floor of the building that housed the well known Italian Supermarket on Tank Hill Road. Great ambience and good food eventhough on the expensive side as the servings are small. The tartare sauce - for Crispy Perch - reminded me of home (NZ) and no wonder as I was told the owner is an Aussie (across the ditch) . Will surely revisit.
