    Very Poor or zero Communication skills with clients. Unexpected brokerage Charges without clients approval before doing business. Picking phone calls and replying emails is crazy. Personally was Disappointed.

    This can happen to you if you use their services: A package that it had to reach to Spain in one week, (their words)...package lost after they took one month to send it to destination and 400k in their pocket. The one in charge of the delivery, Franch, zero responsive, dodging my calls and messages with excuses with non sense at all. Two month later I'm still waiting for an answer about where is my package and of course no solution at all. Probably they will answer saying they are sorry like always, but no package on destination and 400k in their pockets.

    I am a business customer and I import and export products almost daily through UPS, DHL, FEDEX and EMS. UPS is a company that I trust unfortunately due to its massive size, the services through 3rd party service providers are going to the dogs!!!! 07.11.2023 - I shipped a package from Vienna Austria to Kampala Uganda. Fantastic job, it arrived at Entebbe airport ( Uganda) within 3 days and the recipient was contacted about customs payment, she immediately shared her tax number, waiting for the assessment to pay customs. This didn’t come for the next 3 days although she always contacted the UPS employee who contacted her on a daily basis. She was always told to be patient. On the 4th day ( totally 7 days since shipping was initiated in Vienna) we tracked the package and read that it had been disposed off!!!! We immediately contacted the customs office in Entebbe who located the package having been released from the customs without paying duties and the value attached to the items deleted!!!!! After 3 weeks of calling any contacts we knew at the customs office, the recipient was paid the duties + handling fees and got the package herself. To our annoyance, for the last 2 weeks, the package tracking read failure to deliver and disposed off but after the recipient worked her way into stopping her package to be STOLEN by the UPS employee called Raymond in Uganda, she got it by herself from the airport yesterday, now the tracking has sent me an update reporting the package to have been delivered today!!!!! I have been calling and emailing customer service offices for UPS Austria, Uganda and USA without any support or refund. Delayed success only came due to our contacts in the revenue authorities/ customs office. Otherwise, Raymond was determined to steal the package!

    This has to be the most pathetic courier service that I have ever used. Cannot believe that UPS taint their brand with a pathetic partner like this. Will never use UPS again and will ensure that our international company in 60 offices worldwide blacklist UPS. Package has been sitting at customs for 9 days, taxes were prepaid and they are yet to resolve anything, communicate with client or answer telephones. After 1 week of trying eventually got hold of someone only to be told we are closing for the weekend. Sent a similar package with DHL on the same date with same taxes due and prepaid such. Received the package 11 days ago. DO NOT USE UPS TO UGANDA AS DAKS (THEIR PARTNER) ARE PATHETIC.

    This company is absolutely one of the worst UPS representatives worldwide, sent in a package from Europe, with full contact details for the recipient, package first got lost, then got found, then delivery dates changed multiple times, and they finally decided not to deliver and requested the recipient to pick it up herself. There you go, the choice is yours to make whether or not to use these lazy bums!

    First time to use this company and my phones are stolen after paying 250 dollars for shipping. Run for your life!! Sent my package through Ups and I wonder if the poor owner knows the theft going on in his business? Is the owner alive?????!

    Every bit as useless as Daks Toyota. The owner must be proud that every business he operates is consistently awful. Use FedEx and buy a Maxda.

    Useless. Does not answer phone often during business hours. Does not return calls. Does not follow up on requests. Completely unworthy of the UPS name. UPS, please fix this. I've got a package shipped just from Kenya that's been hung up with your clown for a week. Will not be using UPS again anytime soon.

    I sent a success card worth 3500/= to Gayaza High on Friday. The cost of sending the card was 6000/= (a distance of 17km from their office). They provided no tracking number but assured me it will arrive on Tuesday next week (like 5 days later).

    Reception is not clear. There is totally no customer care. I got to the place and there was no receptionist. I didn't know where to start and ended up in an office on floor 3. Luckily that was it but everyone inside was busy with their computers and phones. I stood confused for about 3 minutes and just randomly approached a table. Good enough the guy was helpful but the place is so disorganized
