I made use of Sparkles Salon's services several times while on holiday in Kampala and was truly impressed with the service. The two salons I visited (I believe Lugogo and Acacia mall) were spotless, the reception staff were very friendly and the nail technicians and hair stylists were exceptional - with a good knowledge of styling all hair types. Hope to return again!

The staff were very helpful and made me feel comfortable about transitioning from relaxed to natural hair. I love the finish look and will definitely be returning! Wonderful customer service. I have tried all branches and have recommended it to friends. Best salon in Uganda for sure.

Waited for over an hour to do eyebrow threading...went out for lunch, returned and was still told to wait .I had to just leave. I realised that attention was given to high end customers 😐

Worst experience ever at sparkles forest mall....went there for braiding and was made to wait for almost 4 hours because they didnt have braids, when they finally got them was given a lady to work on me but what i wanted is not what i got it was worse, i was furious and still they made us pay for the worst braids the lady had done, at times when they cant do something they fodge but still messup instead of telling the customer the truth...wont ever step there

Very poor customer care by a one Paul at sparkles Forest mall. I felt he degrades customers and he ain’t remorseful at all. He should be warned abt his behavior. Guess he is the worst experience I have had at this salon I have come to with my son for the past 2 yrs. he is such a nag
