Best swimming academy in Uganda! Obviously coming back with my children!

Love this place. It's first of it's kind in Uganda. It's all clean with professional staff and coaches in both Gym and Swimming pool.

Visited the Gym because my wife recommended to me. My wife showed me mr. Frank photo on her mobile so I knows the face of that coach And noticed something from the coaches also my wifey tells me about the coaches. she is always coming in early morning. But i go there after the lunch I noticed Mr. Frank he was sleeping and i wanted to workout with him because my wife told me I suppose to use the coach Frank But during the daytime he was 😴😴 and my wife told me about he asking extra money for giving training so i stoped her nowadays. But front office staff was very helpful. Now we are 2 people not going to using this Gym. I have decided to go another Gym. Bcs my wife already paying to front office 300k and again we are paying another money...!!why we should pay another money to coach Frank...?? Owner maybe not serious because I have seen some negative reviews for this Gym. feedback for the OWNER need to improve for service from coaches to customer.. coaches should not sleep at Workplace.

A clean pool Equipped pool and a good environment

Truly amazing. The first thing I noticed was the welcoming. Very friendly staff and coaches. They were able to quickly get the confidence of my children to obtain the best results. The coaches are highly professional and train to competition level. I was also highly impressed by the facility itself. A new and well maintained fully equipped gym. Most surprising of all was that all this is at a super affordable price. Wow Elite swim and gym have set the standard in Uganda.

I hate the coaches.. Mr. Shub having lot of attitude.. I m requesting to all new customers who is planning to go there DON'T GO this Gym . Also coaches will ask another money.. even I have complaint to reception but i heard from reception team they can't do anything.. so it's meant they don't have any rules and regulations.. don't waste your money dear all... There is nothing is going to change.. because no one is listening.. I specially don't like the coaches attitude and behaviour... Dear Owner please CLOSE THE FACILITY...!!!

Hello everyone!! Don't use this Gym!! The coaches demand another money after we already paid at reception.!! And I have Meet 1 coach there...coach shubi ..that guy very very unprofessional. Even coach Frank is unprofessional also.. so i suggest to owner listen from the customer feedback. I don't know why owner is not looking into forward from some customer.,!!!!??? If u can't listen to customer close the gym for customer... and u can do after anything u want there... I will not visit again there... Bad experience with coaches..

Customer care is lacking but it's a great place

I have Been using this gym for 3 months and I am impressed by the cleanliness and facilities of the environment. The price is fair, and the staff are helpful with multiple workout programs.

It's a quality place in all respects. They have lockers and hot showers. The gym is modern and has everything one may need. I haven't tried the swimming pool, but it looks nice. (Just, you have to swim in lanes.) The staff are very welcoming and attentive. Thanks a lot!

Perfect swimming pool and gym with the best instructors. They only have to work on the people that receive their phone calls once the customer calls

Hello Ugandans and hello everyone..gym and equipment is very good but the coaches not good. My advice to beginner don't waste your money. Because I m paying money to entrance and also coach Frank demanding more money from me. So it's meant owner is not serious about this feedback. Even sometimes coach shub is forcing me to i have to use another equipment. He was stopped me for some equipment..so please change your coaches.. because it's not look like professional.

Hello everyone me and my brother using this same gym form 1 month and I want to share my experience with coaches and another staff. I m not using the coach for training because I always using online app. But my brother like Mr. Hussein because he is giving good training. When we was new there we using the Mr. FRANK but sometimes he was sleeping during the lunch time and he was demanding extra money for coaching. So we have decided to work alone. But from this November we stopped to go this Gym. I didn't find there owner otherwise i can tell the owner about Mr. Frank..!! but we are seriously Disappointed. Giving only 1 Star out of 5... because of the Coach FRANK

Elite as it's name say. Professionalism,state of the art gym and pool. Miss if you must. This is the hottest sporting joint in town .

Big and clean pool. Very clean bathrooms n toilet. Really nice food though menu is a little limited, and you'll have to order well in advance, but very tasty food
