I love this place. We stay at 3 bedroom apartments for only 1 night which I regret it so much(should stay 2 or 3 day🤭) The room so clean and big. (Can fit up to 10-15 people for birthday party) This is must try places to stay at Miri. Very recommend. Thanks to their staff. Very friendly and helpful. ❤️

The best spot for an overnight stopover in Miri. Hotel looks brand new although been around for nearly a decade. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Superb service, even gave me a lift from nearby shop when i got stuck in the rain. Breakfast buffet is good variety too. And a few strategically placed vending machines in case of late night hunger pangs are a welcome touch.

I like the hotel so much. the swimming pool is awesome, great service and clean hotel. Not to forget the washing machine and dryer machine 😍😍.. will surely come again here. Just stone through from Miri Airport. 100% recommended to people who come to Miri. Reasonable price booking through agoda or just walk in

Located at the forefront of Miri Airport, this modern hotel has total of 9 storey and there are rooms with East facing (airport runway view) ✈️🥰 We had a pleasant experience so far as the environment overall is safe and quiet. Unlike those within the city, Jinhold hotel provides traveller more peacefulness and serenity.

Very convenient as just next door to the airport. Clean and spacious. More importantly, the shower is good with enough pressure, and the bathroom is a decent size. General upkeep is fine, except some of the convenience eg washing machine in the laundry room, sauna facilities were not working. Convenient for travellers not wanting to stay in central Miri, and convenient to catch the early flights from the airport. They also offer free shuttles to the airport. Added note: they are a bit stingy with the in room tea/coffee provisions - need to pay extra for extra tea bags etc.

We had an annual dinner at this hotel and that was a terrible experience. You all can read up from other guests as well in this reviews section. 1. Food The food was terrible as there were only few dishes with some fruit desserts. Personally i feel like just having a casual family dinner in my house. 2. Management during the event For such an annual dinner, the hotel management only provide 2 staffs to help. No technician. No welcoming slide as they promised before during the booking. And your staff was tottaly stress out which i understand because they are the only two overthere. 3. After service response One of my staff have gave our feedback to your staff in charge through the whatsapp but we heard nothing from you. Jinhold have left a terrible annual dinner experience to us. 4. Parking I'm tottaly thankful that you provide us a huge parking area at the field which is outside of the hotel area but it will be nicer if you can maintain that area by cutting all the long grass, and make it smooth with some sand or rocks. Last but not least, i love the room as it was huge but for the function/annual dinner that you provide overthere really there need a big improvement. Best regards, and thank you.

What is wrong with your event team? So hard to reply whatsapp/email??? At first say the venue can be used for event and now say cannot?? Which one is it??? Change staff can even cause booking to void???? No one knows anything here. So inconvenient!!!!!!! Not recommended. Such a waste of time to go there to see venue this and that and in the end nothing is done because of how they work. So there is a temp staff replying to the message but instead of saying how can you help, freaking read the conversation!!!! What a waste of time and energy from doing all these and now i need to repeat myself again????? All the waiting and unresponsive. Terrible. Just Terrible.

1. Hotel dint provide enough parking for Customer, and yet they offer parking space service for those who travel via Miri airport. You may end up fined by the local Authorities. 2. My groups and I had dinner in the function room. Management only provide TWO helpers to cover TWO function room 🥲. Cant blame the helpers for their service as they got limited hands

Stayed in this hotel before our flight and I'd say the hotel looks amazing. The workers are helpful, friendly and helped as much as they could. The location is convenient as it is directly in front of the airport (Literally across the road). Not much to say as everything was pretty much okay. Though I can't say the same for the room I stayed in. The airconditioner was not working properly and even though it was set at 16°C it was still HOT! Mind you, the weather was scorching in the afternoon. Thank god there was a ceiling fan but it didn't help much really. Other than the hot room everything was great though. I recommend if you plan on going on a flight for the convenience!

Was booking for a friend’s family holiday to Miri. The female staff who answered the call was very rude and impatient when I asked about different room of choice and prices . Need big improvement on your staff training.

Spacious rooms with almost no sound pollution. Just a 5 minute walk from Miri airport.

Good hotel for transit passangers as well people come to join courses at NIOSH Miri. Food and beverages as usual. Good for budget stay.

The rooms are big. The sliding door of toilet is slightly hard to pull and push, you need to give extra push. There is pool for adults and kids. The place itself is very near to the airport. A perfecr hotel for transit or stayover before going to the airport. There is also free shuttle bus from/to airport.

We ended up here for the night unexpectedly after a flight delay. Much to our surprise, it was an excellent boutique-style hotel - large, clean, modern rooms with very comfortable beds, every possible amenity, good service, and a view of the Miri airport runway. Probably the best airport-adjacent hotel we've ever stayed at!

Very plain hotel starting to age the facilities. Toilet smells. Modern but plain. A bit too far away from town.

Flew into Miri early due to airline changed timing and was left to sit at the lobby from 10am until earliest "allowed" check-in time at 1200hrs. Not sure if it was full house, but lobby does surely look empty. I was sleepy, exhausted with none of the wall electrical socket was working and devices low on battery. Front desk staff were unhelpful & obnoxious to say the least, with poor situational awareness and lacked empathy to identify other's need. If it wasn't for convenient helicopter check-in, I wouldn't stay at this hotel on holiday with the family.

im using aparment as transit house, the reception are so lazy to locate our room as per request..always say room full eventhought there still lot of people not checkin in the apartment..pls change the receptionist.

Hotel guest can enjoy the pool, sauna and steam bath. Room is clean, spacious and cosy.

Lovely place but the service need BIG improvement. We had our wedding in Jinhold last week, was told that we will provided with 1 complimentary room with 1 toasting fountain in the package but was then told they have taken down the offer, even worst, they only inform us on the day of the event. This is very disappointing!

Went here with family to do some plane spotting. Location is close to restaurants so it's pretty nice.

Was there for a private event, the ambiance and interior design are Instagramable. Quiet and clean place to hang out for a meal and chill.

Located around the airport, so its quite convenient if u want to catch an early flight. Services is fair as well, employees in the front counter are a bit slow. Rooms is neat and tidy, bed feels good as well

Near airport. Recommended for family.im using "junior apartment" for 1 family (4 person) only.Room also very clean. You can cook if you like it.A quiet place and i like it.

It has always been our favourite choice. The place is clean and well maintained. The price is reasonable that comes with various facilities for both hotel rooms and serviced apartments. The staff are helpful even on the phone. (I know some hotel(s) have different attitude when attending to customers with questions.

What can I complain about the place. None Well design, great facilities, just opposite Miri airport where I can get Starbuck coffee anytime. There are sauna, swimming pool and even gym. Not really far from city. 7km. I just enjoy the view so much

The room is cozy, water pressure great, except I didn't try the swimming pool and the restaurant. Unfortunately having problem with the key card twice, and have to go down the the reception to activate it,by the way they offer dive thru check-in dan check-out

Air Asia delayed our flight 4+ hrs so we googled and found this option 200M away from the airport. Pushing our luggage across the parking lot and main road was the only challenge but totally worth it! The room was clean and a perfect place to unwind, rest, and refresh. The facility was modern and conveniently located by the airport. The complimentary shuttle back to the airport was a bonus! Our flight was further delayed after we got there which made us appreciate the decision and rest we got here even more! Would definitely recommend versus being stuck at the airport. Discussing with your staff, namely Allaistair & Steven for the planning event, both of them were super friendly and informative. In just a few minutes, I managed to understand the overall of the packages provided by Jinhold. Looking forward to meet them again!

Great location, near airport. Abit hard to find food by walking distance, but the inhouse restaurant has a good variety with good taste, reasonable price. Pool lenghty, dunno why water was abit salty mybe maintainance was due. Rooms clean and comfortable, complete ameneties. Laundry provided.
