I found this Only Love florist from Google and from good reviews i continued to go for the service. I ordered a basic bouquet and upgraded to premium. The website very easy to access and stable, scroll on selection up to payment. I straight away receive confirmation via whatsapp and email after payment. Before delivery they send delivery status order and photo of bouquet. Upon delivery i also received the receiver photo with the flowers. Very good service and fair price. Beautiful arrangement and workmanship. My friend was very happy and says the bouquet was so beautiful. I Highly recommended this florist.

I had one last minute order for same day birthday delivery. I placed order few minutes past 6pm and worried that the shop has closed so I tried to WhatsApp the shop if there is still a chance for them to deliver. Surprisingly they are able to deliver on the day itself but will be delivered by 10pm. That’s fine for me as long it’s still on the same day. They are very responsive and would send photo for confirmation of the flower before as well as after delivery. Turns out the flower basket is beautiful and as per expected from the order.

Absolutely 10 star service from Only Love. I placed an order online only to realized that I need to arrange for late delivery instead of the free delivery service and also a late minute minor address change. The customer service were extremely kind and helpful to help me with my order changes. They even went beyond their obligations and communicated with me with the change of flower availability and sending me pictures before and after delivery. I found Only Love via Google search last year when I wanted to send a special birthday bouquet to my mother for her birthday. Only Love not only delivered them on time but their arrangements are amazing!!! and their flowers are fresh. I really like the fact that from the minute you confirm your order online to the delivery of the flowers, Only Love has been very hands on communicating with me and ensuring me all is okay and even show me the finish product so that I am happy before sending it over. You can tell they are very passionate about their work and I will definitely continue to use their services in future. They made my mom a very happy lady 2 years in a row.

The staff were really friendly, helpful and responsive.The flower stand exceeded my expectations and was delivered to the event on time and in perfect condition. Materials used were of high quality also. Highly recommended and would consider using their services again for future events.

Order is placed less than 24 hours before delivery but the team (Beatrice especially) is so helpful to assist and make it happened. They also provide “live” updates on the bouquet and delivery status. Bouquet is beautiful at this angle with big and fresh sunflowers but 2 small and withering ones are hiding at the back. It doesn’t affect the presentation though as they’re covered by the big fresh ones. Overall this is a pleasant purchase and definitely will give another chance for needed occasions.

I wanted a specific look for the flower stand for my mum and small bouquets for immediate family members. Beatrice was very helpful and accommodating. She even advised against a helium balloon, instead suggested air filled. The custom text message was incorrect and it was fixed properly. I needed an extra bouquet and it was assembled so quickly. ONLY LOVE’s website is simple and easy for ordering, the process is just very straightforward. The products are the same as their photos advertised at their website. They also offer points redemption on your next purchased. The customer service are helpful and responsive with the change of flower availability and sending me pictures before and after delivery (the optional rm5 charges for photo after delivery should waived and included in customer service). I like ONLY LOVE flower stand and their service. Good flowers deco and good customer service. Always send us photos to inform the update. Especially they have Artificial flowers for Opening flowers. This is good ideas, can put for the opening place for over 1 month also can. Price is reasonable. I had done my 5th purchase here. I will keep order in ONLY LOVE Florist. Thanks. 😊
