A probable good experience turned into a fiasco as the “reception” or “admin” handling the Whatsapp number clearly do not understand the role of her job. She sent the message boxing class at 7 pm on Friday, but tomorrow is Muay Thai. Anyone would assume the Muay Thai class is at 7 pm also. Rather, when we arrived we were greeted with a passive agrresive, snide, narcissistic and sarcastic reception who greeted us with a simple ‘Who are you? when we arrived at 7 pm. Then, was told the class start at 8 pm. Or is it my own responsibility to double check the booking after confirming it with her. So much for travelling all the way to the gym and Isn’t it the admin’s job to inform the time of the booking yet clearly still having an attitude problem on dealing with miscommunications like this.

I had one-on-one kickboxing session today & it exceeded my expectations! Coach Benny is professional, patient, and encouraging. In addition, the whole staff is very welcoming & friendly Looking forward to more classes with Hammerfist

Sent my son to kids classes since before first mco. All is great. Great coaches they are good with kids. And they deal with issues (location, safety of my boy) came up pretty quick and professional. Thanks mostly to Benny and Vlad. But i think he likes Coach Luan the most 😂

I paid for a year program and ordered a GI. But after a month I couldn’t continue. Asked for refund (Classes was almost Rm900), they never mentioned about non refund policy before i pay, only mentioned when i asked for refund. Legally, refund should be given as they are not explained about their own policy. So okay, then I asked for refund for my GI (RM305) that i have never received. Kept saying will pay back, but never did. Always ignore when I texted them. Only text me to ask for payment. I lost more than RM1k with them. Maybe will ask authorities, to help get my money back

Loved the high level and legitimate training available. Especially their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class! Not to mention a family friendly gym where all the staff there are kind and coaches are patient and encouraging! Amazing facilities too as icing on the cake! Never regretted signing up as a member of Hammerfist. Plus, I learned to defend myself and my confidence as a person grew along with my self-esteem. Martial arts really helps as my therapy and improved my mental health especially Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA for self defense and as a competitor!

last month my son joint bjj & kickboxing , Muay Thai .since long time i was looking for a gym to teach my son Martial arts , thats ended up by i m joining the classes too , as its time for me to level up my fitness routine too, me and my son joint the twin family memebrship , i m enjoing with yoga classes, kickboxing , and of course the master class BJJ , more classes for us to join :D

The best gym in Cyberjaya & Putrajaya! We’ve been with them for years, since before covid. You won’t find more passionate and experienced coaches than you would with Hammerfist. The gym is also the kids’ happy place and they have made strong friendships and sportmanship. With them, we have been doing boxing, muay thai, brazillian jiujitsu and pilates.

I had a 3-month training at Hammerfist (Muay Thai) and it's really good because it helped me train my body and be in my best shape. The coaches there are awesome and very supportive! Would definitely recommend any friends who are interested to try it out at Hammerfist. :)

Terrible experience with Hammerfist and their owner Vlad. I booked a twin program for 1 year for my 2 sons in Oct 2023 at their Solaris venue. They only attended 2-3 sessions then the teacher stopped coming for weeks and the boxing class were cancelled without explanations. Few weeks later, Solaris venue simply closed without explanations either. Vlad promised a full reimbursement but only refunded a part of the package paid, always delaying payments, not replying to messages or finding excuses. Can't comment about the class since my sons never really attended any. My advice, look for another martial art school for families looking for a serious program and business owners who care about their clients.
