Cakes are amazing Cheese cakes are out of this world, a little costly thought, it's so delicious I have eaten the cakes in one of my company party it was amazing. It's quite clean and neat. Parking is easy Other Bakery items are also available but couldn't try as there are no veggies options Only Oreo cheese cake is veggie option. They don't make custom made also the veggie option that's why one star less.

Ordered teatime set, a slice cake with iced coffee...the coffee was tasteless(too watery)..Dear owner,pls do not comprise on quality by giving cheaper meal .

When we were here, only the mutton pie was available. The giant curry puff-looking fist sized meat pie was not. But there was the usual large assortment of tantalizing cakes, 2 types of cheese cakes, 6 types of chocolate cakes, how many types is too much? It's never enough in Secret Recipe. Hats off to them for staying true to their forte, we customers need some guarantee of quality sometimes. They serve meals like spaghetti, chicken chops, local dishes, something for everyone, and quite honestly, the dishes and drinks are just a decent excuse to come for the pies and cakes. Come here on a family date, have lunch and seal the relationship with a blackberry pie. Prices are a bit above average but normal for established eateries. Plan your next birthday or else celebrate here or drop by for the best pie that's not always available.

Depends on what day or time you come, I guess. I had few bad experience coming here on weekends (all that time my family and I came after 2.30pm). Have to call few times and wait for quite some time for the waiter to come and take our order. Many dishes we want to order were not available. Weekdays are good though.

Come back here on 2022. Staff is good. Environment also good. Food also well prepare with quite big portion. Just wondering why my Vietnamese Beef Noodles got not taugeh, but aunty who seated beside me got taugeh. Hahahaha. Overall, thumb ups!

Here is my experience visiting this restaurant. As a walk -In, I was not entertained by the waitress, they pretty much ignore you. They do not even provide you with the menu instead it is expected of you to make orders by scanning their QR code. I am fine with it but the moment I enter this restaurant, my phone internet becomes unusable. We are indirectly forced to use their Wi-Fi to make orders. I find it unsafe to use the public Wi-Fi. Despite of raising my concerns on using their Wi-Fi, it was turned on deaf ears. They somewhat continued to insist that we use their Wi-Fi and we were ignored after that.

The food was good and prices reasonable. I thought the mains were better than the desserts.

Some food has gone down in terms of quality luckily the cakes tasted the same.

Before going to the store, I called them to reserve a table for 4 people at 8.30pm. After arriving at the store at 8.35pm, we were shocked to see that no reservations had been made and it was packed during the evening. So we have to wait for other customers to pack up and leave. I'm so disappointed at the service, but the food was great. Due to the store's mistake, and after my mom complained to the store manager, the staff gave us a complimentary cake. 2 stars

We went inbefore 9.30pm and they refuse to take our order although it clearly states that kitchen accepts orders till 9.30pm. Poor service!

Very inefficient and there is a feeling like they are always under-staffed here. Guaranteed that the owner is bleeding money by the hour. All takeaway orders (food or cakes) and dine-in payment to be done at counter, same person taking order/handling cashier is also same person preparing cakes…. Customers left standing and waiting for minimum 10-15 minutes. There is also no system as to what has sold out in the kitchen. Frustrating every time I come here. Service needs to improve immensely
