Me and my husband always go to this restaurant for Arabic food. The menus options are an excellent value. The dining experience overall is very pleasant. The waiters are very friendly and attentive. Love their Mandy Rice, Lamb Kebab, Shish Tawook, Garlic Sauce and Humus. The only downside is that they only accept payment by Cash. So for "cashless people", please remember to withdraw some cash before dining at this restaurant ya. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is craving for Arabic food in Nilai.

Went here with my dad today. The waiter is so freaking rude. My dad asked for utensils and the waiter said to my dad “You tahu you pergi buat”, asking my dad to fetch the utensils himself. No problem with that but could’ve said it in better way and tone. Later, my dad asked if we could take away the food, the waiter then come and just give my dad the tupperware and plastic, and asked us to do it ourselves. When we are about to pay, suddenly they said cash only. This is not our first time here, before this we can pay using card. Not gonna come here again. Seeing how rude and badly the waiter treated my old dad, I hope no body gets treated that way again. We didn’t get any receipt, so I can’t confirmed if there’s a service charge. Imagine paying 6% service charge for a terrible service. Didn’t asked you to treat us like VIP, treat your customers like another human being is enough.

I have little dining experience in an arabica restaurant, but this restaurant gave me a great first impression of arabica food. Their lamb, Hummus, and wraps were particularly delicious. Even though their chicken was half the price of lamb, I wished their chicken could be more tender. The communication with their service staff was entertaining, and they have a good sense of humor. It was an impressive eye-opener to traditional arabica cuisines!

Second time back to this restaurant. This time we ordered a chicken sharwama, Mandy Chicken, lamb Haneeth and Kunafa. Love the lamb Haneeth and Kunafa but sadly the price is increased again. Guess this is because Kunafa is getting famous in this few months 🥹 but we enjoyed the foods and the service 👍

During Ramadan, Jamal Restaurant offers a buffet that is both affordable and wide-ranging. The selection of dishes is impressive, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The only downside to Jamal Restaurant is that they do not accept credit cards. However, there is an ATM located in the Giant supermarket next door, so it's not a major inconvenience. Overall, we highly recommend Jamal Restaurant to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Middle Eastern cuisine.

Few of this type of restaurants in town operated by the Arabs themselves. The service is fast as 10 minutes after the order was taken. They provide large glass of drinks, typical size for Arabs. The enviroment is so relaxed and was decorated like we were in Arabs. The only minus points is they only accept cash as payment. No E-wallet, no credit or debit card accepted.
