We bought our first bed frame recently, and our experience was extremely good. Mesa staff was very helpful with her recommendations and never pressurised us into buying one model over the other. She laid out the pros and cons of each option. The bed was delivered ahead of schedule, and the installation crew was courteous, quick, and did a thorough job of cleaning up after. If i buy another furniture again, i know where to go!

We bought Linus TV cabinet, Tolix Counter Stool chairs, Helena Counter Stool chairs, Sebastian sectional sofa, and few other decoration items for our home; all from Ruma. All in all, we are truly satisfied with all the items (high quality, in-tally with the price tags given). The customer service is awesome too. There were few items that were out of stock and they contacted me immediately for refund/replacement. The communication channel is very clear. Delivery is good and in a timely manner. I love the designs of the furnitures. BUT : Staffs need to be monitored. Really difficult to reach them by phone. Poor after sales service.

Extremely happy finally got the ratten 3 tiers basket that fit the corner of my house at acceptable price. The showroom displayed wonderful furniture with a convergence of modern and Conservative designs suitable to deco your home. I reckon the prices are reasonable for a fanatic of of converse furniture. My only regret is that all corner of my home is full.

Always have clearance item, which is good. But the staff clearly show no interest in serving customer as if customers are transparent. Delivery arrangement terrible.
