    One of the worse service centre. I asked the centre if they can check my noisy FR absorbers before I confirm my appointment on a Saturday and they agreed on my request. It took me 45 mins to drive all the way from Shah Alam to the centre. I was really disappointed when they have completed the servicing and informed me that they can't check the problem as I installed safety bars and the noise may come from the bars. They will need me to send my car in again on weekdays if u insist to check on the noise problem. I left the centre with full of disappointment and drive straight to my regular tyre shop for balancing and alignment. At the same time I'm asking the staff at the tyre shop to check the safety bars. To my horror, the mechanic informed me that they found break oil leakage at the brake caliper because the valve was not properly tighten... i dont know what is going to happen if i didnt visit this tyre shop...no words can describe my disappointment on this centre and I will definitely not going there again.

    One of the best Proton service centres. Free breakfast like nasi lemak in the morning and other refreshments. The front-line staff are nice with good attitude and you'll definitely feel welcomed here. Didn't even buy my car from them, yet they treat me like I did. Definitely a way better experience than going for a service for my Honda. Good job Proton Nilai. Keep up the good work. Recommended!

    This centre really good at focusing on what customers need and require. You have a real instinct to understand our customers. Good work! You have the natural ability to understand and feel what your customers are experiencing, and you are able to meet their needs effectively.“The staff was great. The front counter was very helpful and answered all our questions. The waiting was clean and cozy, and refreshment was always on tip top. Best Nasi Lemak ever!!. Will be coming back for next service!” Best place also to find new PROTON cars here as I look after the new X50 here while waiting for my car on service. The Sales people very polite, able to answer all my questions on the features and the best thing I can feel the best experience during test drive. How great they are!! I wish all the service centre and sales like LHM One Stop.. one of the best in Negeri Sembilan according to the Sales who attended me.

    send my car to this place, 1 of air coolent fan broke so they replace with another fan that not fit(too big) and my aircond became slow and the fan never spin also, whenever raining my car floor wet so they change the door rubber but still leaking, i think they never double check when finish job, they only want our money.

    The best service center to buy and service your car. Very friendly staff. Especially SA Arshad helped me a lot for my loan submission and loan approval.Fast delivery my X50 Premium. Don’t worry they have ready stock for your new Proton.Very recommended. Deserve 5 starts ❤️❤️

    This is the worst Proton Service Centre there is. The technicians are sloppy, walking around and takes hours to service the car. The love to open the wheel leave the car hanging on the lift and then disappear… yiu have to ask and follow up what’s happening. Regret coming to this 4S LHM Proton Service! Wish someone would look into this place.. Audit, Review and etc.

    The staff here are friendly and helpful. In fact, they even mentioned things that we didn’t say were issues. They have free hot drinks and nasi lemak. There’s also a vending machine for snacks and cold drinks. Make sure you book an appointment and set aside some time because a lot of people will be here.

    Great service.. estimated waiting time was 2 hours but job completed half an hour early..very attentive and helpful customer service representative.The waiting area was quite comfy with tv,coffee machines,vending machine and some biscuits.Highly recommended Proton service center but need to do appointment early as this center is always full.

    The staf wrongly advised on service mileage schedule. Yet still have to pay labor charge. And the manager tak ada budi bicara langsung. Mata duitan. Wont come here again.

    By far the best Proton Service centre I have ever encounter. I would like to personally thank Ryan and David for the smooth process of my car warranty claims and their car service! Eventho I am from Shah Alam, I would drive up to Nilai just for their service. Keep up the good work LHM!

    I have been dealing with a few Sales Advisor (varieties brands) In the end I finalised my decision with SA Mohd Azry cause how he helps me from A-Z, anytime I ask for an inquiry about cars, insurance, and services he sure will reply to me ASAP and sincerely. The day I was supposed to receive the car, I had just recovered from COVID-19 and he volunteered to send the car by itself, plus he helped me regards the tinted installation. 10/10 🫵🏻🔥

    Good experience buying a car from SA Azry. We got our car in less than 2 weeks after submitting the documents. He is very responsive and answered all the questions that we have. Overall very satisfied with the service provided.

    Sending my car for bumper repair should be can finish within 3 days. When give quotation did not mention need to made reservation or anything. Before sending car they said all can be done immediately as the spare parts are ready. Please lah when called they did not pick up mcg x reply. Worst ever service.

    Very good customer service. Called to get advice for an emergency problem on my car, the responder advised on what should be done. Problems resolves on the same day. The service advisor informed me on the problems nature and solutions. The mechanics also brought me for a test drive afterwards and explained on remedial actions.

    I have had a great experience serving my Proton car here. From booking to customer service, everything is good. But if I had one thing that your end can improve is drinks(less sugary would be welcome) and the aircondition is too cold in the building. All the best!

    Great experience there. They have comfortable waiting space and sitting. Free flow for hot drinks like coffee tea and milo. Drinking water cold and hot from coway machine. Friendly front desk staff. Experienced mechanic staff that know ur Proton's Car. And they usually have spareparts there.

    [Updated] Saturday, 27 August 2022. LEADERSHIP & IMPROVEMENT I would like to acknowledge and give thanks to Mr David (Service Manager) for making things right through the followings: 1. Apologize on the Sales Advisors action which has create uneasiness at the first place. 2. Mr David has intervened and ensure all spare parts & consumables required ready for maintenance to be executed. 3. He followed through the service and maintenance up until completion and personally return the car to me today. LEADERSHIP AND IMPROVEMENT ARE DEMONSTRATED TO ENSURE RESULTS ACHIEVED AND SATISFACTION OF CUSTOMER. [Original Post] Situation: Wednesday, 24 August 2022, 3.50 pm: Received call from one of the Service Advisor A (not to be named here). All spare parts ordered have arrived, so I can come to perform the maintenance. Further in the call, made appointment on Friday, 26 August 2022, 10.30 am. Friday, 26 August 2022, 9.55 am: Arrived at service centre. Consultation with Service Advisor B (not to be named here). Service Advisor B mentioned, Brake Fluid is not available, kind of expecting me to accept the situation that not all maintenance requested can complete today. While I have dedicate this day for the car maintenance. IT IS A DISRESPECT OF CUSTOMER TIME AND DEDICATION. I rebutted to the Service Advisor to outsource the item from nearby Proton Service Centre or anywhere. Instead of minisculing my effort to honor the appointment with intend to undergo complete maintenance. ONLY THEN THE SERVICE ADVISOR MAKE SOME CALLS AND ARRANGEMENT FOR MISSING ITEMS. Outcome: I FEEL DISRESPECTED, MINISCULED, BELITTLED AND ANGRY ON THE SERVICE RENDERED. Wayforward: 1. Let’s look for another Proton Service Centre nearby as alternatives rather than coming to LHM Service Centre, Nilai.

    Great ambient, lighting and temperature. Delicious nasi lemak, cracker and free-flow drink, as well as clean toilet. PR skills of the officer who entertained me was superb. All in all 5 star satisfaction level.
