Service totally down, i have try the new Ghost paper burger but the burger bread like dry n not fresh(like roti kering). The fries is more worst then the burger bread. Serve old fries which its chilled.( dont know when was fried). Better we go McD next time always fresh burger n chicken.

This kfc branch is in strategic lication of nilai but their quality of chicken is worst ever comparing to all kfc branches that i ever visited. The chicken is dry and tasteless and their drumstick is smaller than the wings! For nilai folks, If you ever thought of order kfc deliver through this branch, u will confirm disappointed if ur order come with customised chicken portion. They never bother to read ur delivery order instruction and preference. Terrible and worst kfc branch.

I think they need to learn how to provide better services from McD nearby.. just notice that this kfc already start using kiosk... They should have know that not everyone understand technology... They should atleast put 1 persons to assists customer like mcD nilai... So as i was waiting, saw 1 akak with her 2 childrens waiting.. due to the great services this akak left the kfc without ordering.. So when i advised the staff... He was like saying if i have free time why i dont help other customer... The best part is... Once i reach home to eat.. 1 set only have 1 chicken... Im writing review now because i cant accept the stupidity from the short foreign staf... I will go back to this kfc at 615pm today after finish eating to get back my another 1 piece chicken... Today date 26 March 2022...

The most retarded KFC outlet! The staffs are very rude And it takes almost 30min To serve food! Only 2 staffs working at counter at peak hours. Food order kiosk have 3 But only 1 can be used n only Cash! Plz learn from MCd nearby on how To improve ur lousy Service! This place as If no Manager on board!

Well, i went in this morning ordering twister but was told it was out of stock. Then, I ordered other things and was told only original chicken available. Nahh.. i only eat spicy though but, as usual. No stock. Then, this guy, attached photo with KFC shirt entered. Sat at the table there and he kinda show he is the boss by throwing his files. Then, i wanted to go out, he screamed "Hello, keluar sana" Here is my said to you dear sir, I am your customer and is this how you treat your customer? Bought snacks plate and both drumstick look super pathetic. Small size and you can even see the bone!!! Pricey for this kind of quality. You gotta do better, KFC!!!

If u are planning to discuss about business, this KFC is the best place to do so.. Not so many people in here.. Big place and many seats to sit, and comfortable too.. Staffs also very friendly and easy parking too... Recommended.. 👍👍

Went here for Break Fasting. Arrive around 7.10pm, and still got vacant table. Ample car park. Proceed to order and wait around 15 minutes. By the time i pick the food, its already time for Break Fasting, but the staff keep on working to fulfil customer order. They even apologies for serve the food late. Good job. But its not their fault, its my fault for ordering quite late. The food is superb! Nicely cook and taste good. Better than other outlet.

This place always have a nice atmosphere, however ever since they implemented the machine self ordering system, they're taking things a little too slowly. Some old customers requested to order manually through the counter but was refused and asked to order through the machine, this is not so good of an attitude. The orders were prepared rather slowly even though there were only two orders today when we went here. They chose to implement the system but did not carry it through completely because they did not show our order number at "Ready for pickup" but just at "preparing order" and expected us to just show up at the counter when they put the food there. The chicken is pretty fresh though and the food is good.

This store need to be shut down for better service..no hygiene at all..chicken all smelly n not fresh..fried n re fried until skin become hard..I took chilli sauce n Thai sauce n taste of the sauce is sour...first time experience sour sauce 😅..mashed potato look very grey color n the inside of the container look so dirty..people are paying money and buy your products..1st product quality is totally below below average. Service is totally worst..the gal look so sleepy and put wrong order for me.. Please don't go this outlet anymore..Manager look so sleepy when I report to him..the worst experience of KFC here

Surprisingly Nilai is so happening at night! The KFC was okay. Staff was friendly. But cleanliness need to improve alot la. Clogged sinks, sticky floor, dirty bathroom. U would think KFC had a standard to maintain, but clearly this owner didn't get the memo. Also this isn't 24 hours store anymore. Closes at 12mn. By 11pm no this n no that already.

Why 3 star -1.Take more than 30 minute to get the order -2.The chicken both spicy and original tasted like eating cigarrate and felt as if it is old stock. ​ Do cooking oil change? 3. The nugget is good, fries is good, soft drink is good.​Thus the 3 star. Date 17th july 2021 at 6.55pm order.​

Waiting almost 1 hour. All the workers are kinda slow. 1 of them purposely stand still and stare outside. The girl also scan a stack of kupon really slowly while looking around. It took a good 10 mins or so.

I wanna rate 5 stars for this KFC branch. Very clean environment. They clean tables very fast. The food are serving hot and the potion are stastify compare with other branchs especially KAJANG METRO branch. You can order everything on menu even now is midnight 12am. The counter staffs are friendly and didn't show any uncomfortable emotion to you when ordered.

Drive through closed, then Que was long, but the supervisor was kind enough to ask what I wanted to order, then he immediately intercomm kitchen to set aside my items just in case it's out of stock👍

Order spicy chicken , the order alway will be deliver wrongly in original . Very disappointed on this Order new Menu nasi lemak, I can count the ikan bilis 1 or 2 pcs . This is really a joke on the menu
