Are we not allowed to be with patient in the last movement of someone even doctors request family & friends visit him before he rest completely. We are not here for free! We had paid to, and it's EXPENSIVE!!!. Why does a Hospital Management had to do this?!! We found this very rude!!!!

Accompanied my friend to see orthopedic specialist here , free parking ,specialist clinic was on ground floor which was nice , large hall for seating ,waiting area . Friendly nurse and staff here . I was asked to write a google review here by one of the staff .

Worst waiting experience ever! First time bringing my 2 y/o toddler to hospital for admission due to fever & vomiting. This is by far the worst hospitality experience ever. Arrived at ER about 7.30pm weekday. There were only two other non serious patient in front of my queue at that time but had to wait almost an hour to see medical officer. Then waited another an hour for pediatric to come because require to admit ward for observation. After that waited another 2hour+ to be shown to the ward because I was told that the room require time for cleaning first. Total close to 4hours+ of waiting!! Is this normal practice in a private hospital??

This is updated review, which was negative at first, but i was contacted by the clinic later and my concerns were professionally addressed in an email response from Leong Pei Ping. I appreciate how the clinic has dealt with this situation and turned my initial disappointment into a positive experience. It is a good example of customer/patience care and how the clinic values its potential patients. I am not a patient of the clinic yet however the clinic deserves a credit for the quality of customer care.

I was here due to my gallstones. I had Dr Dharmendran as my surgeon and my Anesthesiologist was Dr Paul. They both Very kind and explained all the procedures ( well yeah they have to) but i really mean it when he explained as in details and comforting. Im a very nervous person somemore during this pandemic to get admitted. The services the nurses are all really satisfied. This as from my experience and opinion. They are so efficient when i get into ER.

My unpleasant experience doing PCR here: 1. Guided to a tent outside with both cracked plastic chairs, PCR was done painfully 2. Called twice to ask whether PCR results is out. First time is after 24 hours, second time after 48 hours, nurse answered with a rude tone "kenapa call lagi ni". Very disappointing experience. Everyone will need to consider if they want to choose this hospital. Appointment shows 10am in the morning from the Columbia Asia app, was called one day before to confirm if we are going to attend the appointment. On that day of appointment, we already reached the hospital then we were informed appointment change to 12pm in the afternoon. Hello, can’t you schedule every of your appointment nicely and inform earlier? If this thing keeps happening, what’s the point of your appointment-based clinic? And what’s the point of making appointment in advanced? I can’t understand. Of all the big hospital I have went to like sunway/kpj/pantai, only such things happen in Columbia Asia. Truly disappointed.

A very comfortable and convenient hospital. First time came here for emergency case and had short waiting time. Had my admission here for twice, did a surgery here and came for weekly physiotherapy. Fast service, lovely and helpful doctor, nurses and guards. They handled with care and everything became less painful. Food is also nice and most importantly, they offer free parking which is very convenient for frequent comer! What I can conclude is everything is great! 🥰

Horrible service at the Emergency unit. - Very very unorganised - Medical officer had no sense of urgency (slow and reluctant to treat patients) and very incompetent (scared and not knowledgeable) - 3-4 hours to get a baby checked, another 3-4 hours for insurance processing. Total waiting time was 7-8 hours to get admitted. A 1 y/o baby had to wait this long. Unhygienic ward - Had dustmite bites all over body after 1 night stay.

Came here just now to do an x-ray or see a physiotherapist about my back ache problem, but instead saw a MO here, done almost no detail check of my back or spine, most of the time just me talking about my problem & I got charged RM74...and MO recommend me to see their Orthopedic Specialist (which just consultation charges about RM200~300), then only they will suggest whether or not to do a MRI (which costs RM1k+), or refer me to a physiotherapist (who knows how much consultation fee again)....wow haven't do any treatment already have to pay RM1k+, seriously??! If I straight away go to a physio therapy center, I could've got my back checked out and got treatment within RM200 !!

My 5 star goes to the obstetrician, Dr. Loo and the hospital's midwives. The same cannot be said about those stationed at the ward where patients go after delivery. Some of the nurse stationed there has some serious attitude problem. Should not be in the nursing field.

Attended a medical check up. Upon entering, welcomed by a nice receptionist and they personally walked me to the lab for testing and explained where to go. Had a good first consultation with Dr Indirani the ENT specialist. She was patient to hear my explanation, answer my questions, & asked me questions. Gave reasoned advice/explanation for her proposed plan of treatment. Razani the nurse was friendly. Initially had some trouble with making the appointment but resolved. I came on Friday morning. Overall waiting time & experience was not bad (though a bit hard to find parking since they’re doing construction to expand.) I find the fees a little pricey, so I hope for a good recovery.

Super slow check in. We have to wait for almost 8 hours to get a room. They should inform patients if there is no room available. Sadly, they told us that insurance process slow, turn out that that our insurance have gave approval already. Better check room availability before get insurance approval.

I was admitted to this hospital many years ago, In my mind this hospital services is #1 and the efficiency is high. Today I was walking in alone and asking around in my case which department should I go to. There is a very helpful Chinese lady nurse directing me to ER as it would be better for me. No doubt for her service I would stil give her the #1 service. She saw me walking with fatigue and sickness body, she came to me and offering me to send me to ER. I told her I am ok and I am able to do so, then only she is confidence to let me go down by myself. Everything seems good and when I arrive at ER, there is very fast to my turn. The doc told me that the test result could be out in an hour, so I was just waiting there. However, now already close to 3 hours, the lab result yet to come out. This make me disappointed. How come a lab could take more than 3 times of time to process the results. Where is the efficiency?? I suppose to give a 5 stars hospital now I could only give a 3 stars. Do not know how long that I stil need to wait for it. This is also because of the good service from the Chinese lady nurse. I think in future if any of my diseases involve in lab tests. I would think twice whether to choose this hospital. As a patient, I am so suffering with the cold aircon here and the not comfortable chairs + waiting for infinity time of processing the lab tests result. Really disappointed.

Feel like a government hospital . Even in the Emergnecy unit , all the nurses and doctors acted like authorities officer, slow , impatient, and very slow.

Staff were badly trained. Brought to emergency ward and require to transfer patient to other hospital. BUT no reports were given to me as I don't receive any instruction by the hospital staff!! Until I have to go back and retrieve it myself. And by the time I reach, yet I have to wait for the CT scan results to be burnt into CDs which takes again another 15 minutes. This is an unacceptable and disappointing service....

Went to er, not that fast not that bad (in second patient there and it took bout 20mins to get to me, but i was informed apparently an emergency came in that need immediate attention). Then referred to ent for my issue. Making appt was hell coz the nurse seems to be very very busy that after calling for an hour, still can't get her. Anyway experience with the ent was good. Follow up was good. But the 3 stars, money cheated. I'm a foreigner, visiting and came with insurance. I understand that it may take time but now after 2 months I'm still not refunded my deposit. The insurance company has even responded to my queries that payment is made. Not sure if accounts is way busier and might need 3yrs to get back to me?

However, I waited for one and half hour and asking for infor for 3 times only they arrange for my turn. Visited this hospital with my dad to see Dr Yee Sze-Voon (Neurosurgeon) and we were impressed with our experience. The hospital staffs were very friendly and helpful in guiding my dad what to do and where to go. But the standout feature of our visit was the outstanding care my dad received from Dr Yee. He was extremely meticulous in his approach, taking the time to fully understand my dad’s needs and concerns before coming up with a treatment plan. My dad had seen another neurosurgeon prior to this and it was nothing like Dr Yee's consultation. After our first visit, my dad had the need to return to do a CT scan due to a medical condition, despite not being at the hospital, Dr Yee took the extra mile to help him make all the necessary arrangements for the scan and reverted to us immediately after the report was out. We’re truly impressed by his professionalism and commitment to ensure the best possible outcome for his patients. It’s so important to find a doctor who can give you peace in mind knowing that you’re in good hands, we’re extremely glad to have found Dr Yee.

She is beyond expectations. She handle my case and my visit was smooth than expected. Terrible, do not come if you are bringing your kids. They keep you waiting and waiting and reschedule as they like. Delayed for two hours until doctor came, fine. Doctor started seeing patient for almost an hour, when the next is our turn the doctor went out and missing for another two hours. Nobody attended and informed anything for the long wait. Got us frustrated and left. Plenty of good doctors but they are placed in a horrible system by management, totally wasted. Small kids are prone to virus and bacteria, keeping them in a hospital for long hours is worrying and anything untoward could be terrific. In short, OUT !

My mom was admitted in ER and had to stay in ICU for 4 days before being moved to normal ward. The doctors and staff in ER immediately responded and was very attentive to her. Similar in ICU and normal ward, the nurses were friendly and helpful. I can't thank the wonderful doctors enough especially Dr Yee, Dr Jegan and Dr Radha for their professional advice and attention. They were very thorough in their explanations and very patient with our numerous questions. I complement the hospital for its cleanliness and calming environment, and all its friendly staff.

Good experience in Columbia Asia Bukit Rimau. Assisted by Mr Poo Balan to ER. I registered in ER, registration counter Ms Shahira is very politely. Dr Nabila attended me very fast and good explanation. Thank you to Staff Nurse Malar and Sister Zuraida which help me out about my doubt regarding my blood test. Went to lab staff good services.. Discharged staff at ER Ms Aqila and Ms Huda very friendly. My result came out fast and assisted by Ms Puvanes. I have good experience in Columbia Asia Bukit Rimau with fantastic staff which I feel comfortable without feel worried.

Process for admissionn is smooth, depends on bed availability also..My daughter already admitted 3x this year, so far good experience during admission here. Nurses, Doctors, Staffs are friendly. No convenience store available, quite difficult to but some snack, last dinner serve at 6pm, collect 7pm+

The area outside the hospital is clean. Inside the hospital, of course, it is also clean. The guards here are very diligent in their work. When you ask for directions, they can provide you with an answer. In an indirect manner, they also offer excellent customer service. Overall, from ground to professional staff, everyone is doing their best work to accommodate patients. Kudos to the doctors!

First and last will be coming here. Worst front service at emergency. Not helpful very sour face . My fault for not checking the bill at the end as i need to go to other hospital. The reception did tell me that there were not any medicine. Yet later i arrive at avisena i check the bill and they had charge me for medicine. Did call and they ask me to come and get the medicine?? Later i come for medicine and doctor referral letter. the same reception that tell me that i had no medicine . I ask her and she told me that my son get the medicine from the yellow zone ?!! What are you doing??! . I ask for refund and she ask me to come tomorrow? Nonsense. not everyone got TIME. Anyway. The service at emergency need to improve. If she ask me and treat me nicely i wouldn't bother about the medicine. That all . Tq

Columbia Asia Bukit Rimau is providing an excellent service as a cancer centre especially the Chemotheraphy Unit (Archana, Atikah, Nadia, Samsul, Sister Swmia and matron) the Radiotherapy Unit (Siva Shan Gkri and Hau Jia Yi), Customer Care Unit (Kak Fatin), Being treated here for almost 6 months, I would say that I've received the best treatment. I would also express my gratitude to Dr. Jayendran (Oncology) for their excellent service. Thank you Columbia Asia Bukit Rimau! Keep up the good work!

I am very satisfied with Dr Yong consultation and treatment. Dr Yong is a very soft spoken person and her explaination also very details and easy to understand. Also tqvm to all nurse/asst /etc who is incharged during my baby treatment because they are very helpful, polite and provide good treatment (i.e.neb, nose cleaning and percussion ) and taking care of my baby. The room is also very convenient and clean. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I did my health sceening at here. Overall experience was good from making appointment and rescheduling. The medical center is clean. There always ppl around to assist me. Nurses instructions on where to go what to do are clear & are responsive and friendly as well.Easy to parking here as well too. I have a free homesoy on the day, wht a surprise. :)
