Very bad experience guy at the door was very rude and unwelcoming and rude. They clearly don't welcome people of colour in gucci stores in asia. When i asked for his name as his tag wasn't showing he started getting more agitated anyway managed to get his name its (Ezhan) My advice to gucci this is a very bad representation of a brand that has been made popular by the urban culture that represents the black community.

good place, service, price and quality

A nice store with unique collection and vintage designs. The staff is very attending and warm. Prices are not displayed. Only on request. They can check the prices for you. The store is on main location where it can be seen when you enter the skybridge PETRONAS twin towers.

Some idiot standing at the gate, doesn't have patience to let people buy stuff. No wonder the store was empty 😅😅, Valentino was way better in customer service , avoid this stupid Gucci store in KLCC mall , Twin towers

We weren't dress well. Just plain t-shirt and pants with slides. No despise look from SA. No die die follow you, comfortable with our own little space. Assist immediately when required. Will be back again. 🥰

Awesome service. My SA Nickky Chin was outstanding. Very patient and provided the right suggestions. No complaints at all. Love the ambience here too. Try visiting on weekdays to avoid crowds and screaming kids.

I got a name card from Nelson Gucci and I WhatsApp him at night then on the morning till afternoon he assist how to buy and register online and can deliver to your door step. Nelson Gucci did a very good service to us.
