If cannot say cannot, y spin the facts... Really lack of knowledge and ability to handle customer... Speak really slow somemore, very hard to understand a single word she spoke... Suddenly ask me to change to postpaid, hello, im here for broadband, wifi matters, explain about that first dont just change topics... Improve please, i believe this is not the quality of a celcom employees.

    Convenient. Great service. Friendly, courteous and empathetic staffs. I wish their internet line is the same. How can the connection is so poor in Seremban??? You need to improve Celcom!

    I have been there for a few times but my experience yesterday was the worse ever. Very rude staff, suddenly raising voice when I am telling my problem. VERY VERY RUDE!!!! Will forward this issue to Celcom HQ. Just wait

    First, the security guard assumed I came with a Chinese lady who queued in front of me then he didn’t let me in, until another customer arrived and he let him to enter, I was very speechless because he didn’t even ask if we are coming tgt or not. Please advice ur guard to be alert 🙄🙄🙄 Second, how can the worker just let the customer to take off his masks. I feel very unsafe inside, and the customer even coughed without mask on. Please consider other customers as well. The staff who served me was okay.

    Just visit this gateway Celcom centre 9.40am around when I am enter the shop The door can open Suddenly one inside working young girl very bad attitude and no politely and speak . tunggu luar belum buka lagi Tunggu luar . Like pasar speak out This is very bad customer services If u can just lock the door before 10am Very bad attitude

    I am so dissatisfied with Celcom slow service. Bought a new number here and the activation process took more than 24 hours? When the staff should be informing me regarding the delay, no, I was the one who reached to her first and ask about the duration promised. I understand sometimes error could happened but tell your customer and APOLOGIZE is the least you can do instead of ghosting your customer? My number was activated after 29 hours and yes the staff who assisted me failed to inform me. Up till now, no news from the Celcom seremban gateaway staff. I only knew my number was successfully activated just because I called Celcom customer service hotline. Celcom customer service is very helpful and fast, do reach them first before coming here.

    I had quite a rough experience with this center. I was offered a free HP offer from Celcom a few times but never take it, and the day I want to take the offer, there was a lot of issues with regard my identity being used unknowingly by another number. During the meeting with customer service staff, I got irritated by the system and procedures of solving this matter and made negative remarks towards this staff by the name of Saiful and celcom. Anyway he took it patiently and proceed to helped me to fill up the form. Thank you Saiful for being helpful to the customer.

    Celcom center and website mentioned close at 10pm. arrived at 9.40pm, main door closed and all the staff standby to go back already. Please update your closing hour accurately so that customer wont waste their time.

    I have being with Celcom for more than 13 years but never deal with this rude customer service. The security talking to the phone while we are queuing up, very bad attitude. The staff just sitting and ask customer to come to see them. We respect your COVID-19 SOP, but the staff acting like they are the client,customer have to find the staff and ask. Not systematic at all
