My family favourite sports shop. It’s almost complete with sports accessories, price range from cheap to affordable, they also got sample items that you can try on. Bicycle and scooter also can be tried. Recommend for school kids because the quality is good.

Not so big as compared to other stores but complete with many sporting goods for your needs. Staff are very friendly. Upon entering, you need to be fully vaccinated and they will provide plastic gloves for you. As for payments, there are self checkout counters available. The queue can be quite long on weekends but waiting time is not that long.

I'm glad to see Decathlon store here, but I'm missing sports gear for ice skating. I understand that most winter sports are not needed here, but ice skating is available around KL so why not to have few basic skates and some gloves. Merino wool basics would be also appreciated for those who travel. So maybe add a small winter section to the overall decent store.

First time visiting the outlet at KL East Mall. The staff at the counter was not really friendly. She was on the phone and ignoring us. That’s fine, I was thinking she must be on call regards to work. When she finished, I asked her should we pay here - at the counter? She said, cash ke? When I said card please. Guess what she said? kad sana ( pointing his index finger at to the self-check out). Pergilah beratur! Of course I’m in the line, it just she has no customer at that time, that’s the reason I was asking. 2) when I’m done made payment at the self check out, I asked again (not the same person - a girl) still was busy looking at her phone, making face and came to us - Dah bayar kan? Ha, dahla! Oh, please..If I ever snapped at that time, I would have said something evil to her. Yet, I just walked away and will never comeback again. Well, you never know who is your customers. Even when she only bought simple things and cheap, doesn’t means you can rudely responding to the customers. They need to go for customer service training. Really, I meant it.
