Great environment. But the homes built by the developer has done a terrible job building homes. There are so many defects. I can say this because I owned the house. Very much most of if not all of the neighbors who own or rent homes here says the same thing.

Rooms are very much polished than others full furnished well equipment more facilities more security. You can take one room and you can bring male or female in you room no one doesn't care. Enjoy your life. Electronic Cooking system, Wi-Fi , Electricity , washing machine. You pay extra for Wi-Fi and Electricity bill over your room pay. I recommend this place for University students. There is a bus service over there. There is also a LRT Rapid service available. Mines is also near by walk 18min and you find this super Mall. You like the environment overall.

It is a beautiful place to live. It has own swimming pool, sandy beach pool and gymnasium.

It’s an excellent location to live and relax with awesome views and facilities. Only drawback is the access to public Transport especially the trains as the Sunway operates its own buses and LRT access to malls and Hypermarkets like Mydin, Giant and stores such as Decathlon il very limited

Place is quite nice and far from the crowd. I like the facility here, pools, tennis court, gym and bbq place which u need to book first to use.

I lived here for 5 years and liked it overall. Had problems with small cockroaches coming from the trash room for a while which I fixed by putting insulation around the doors. Also water pipes burst multiple times which were a lot of hassle. But all in all it is a nice, clean and upscale building compared to the other places I have seen. The guardhouse staff are very nice and helpful. The management can be lazy at times.

Nice view, convenient for travel to Setia Alam, Sunway Mall and to MidValley. Would be great if they could add extra pillow and blankets.

Good and peaceful place A futsal area is just beside. Beach, swimming pool, Gym, kids play area, and many more.

Nice place, good view, even the temperature here are nice too, have wind near all the time.

Gym is good but the gym should be open till 9 or 10 pm so that office goers can use it on week days in addition to weekend
