Ordered Beef Kimchi Soup set which is one of the recommended items. Soup tasted very salty with a lot of salted vege and a little bit of kimchi. This is my first time having kimchi soup that had salted vege in it. Then came the real deal breaker - beef! 70% of the beef was FATS only! After separating the fats there were only two slices of beef left, and they were chewy. The only edible items were the few slices of tobbeoki and enoki mushroom. Definitely avoid this dish.

First time visiting Kuching and looking for buffet ended up at this Gem Restaurant. Food was great. Variety of choices were there, beverages and dessert was also available within the buffet menu. Value for money 👍 The only improvement could be made will be adding range to the premium choices but overall were great. Definitely be back next time when coming to the Kuching again in the future 🎉

Vewwy nice UwU. The food here is fresh and i really love the concept of getting charge for wasting food. It is because when kids comes here they will certainly learn how to not be greedy (not sure if thats the word im looking for) and it will make them into a better person (probably). One of Staff mistakenly informed us "drink of the day" (which was actually ginseng tea) that came with the set meal was iced peach and mango, and iced lime tea. When came time to pay, we got charged for those 2 drinks. We explained that to the cashier that one of the staff had told us about the drink of the day. It's not about the money. It's about the service that your staff provided which was unsatisfactory in the sense that the employee was misinformed. You need to train your staff to answer questions accurately regarding your menu.

Large portion of food is served. Beef is very tough to eat and the korean chicken fried is not tasty as its look. Last time I went there, I ordered army stew and waited for long time but still not served. Then, I decided just get out of there. Please improve your service.
