Long queue on entrance because the staff take dishes order before seating the customers. Is a problem for old elderly customers. The offer on 18th is still on. The vegetables dishes came first, for at least 20 minutes before the arrival of chicken and rice. We ordered orange juice but got orange cordial, which not healthy. The ladies fingers with fried chillies are superb.

i ordered at foodpanda during iftar, chicken is smelly. saya yakin makanan dia serve ini adalah left over food 🤮. It doesn’t taste the same as it was before. The chicken rice has already expired after 2 hours and it smells stinky. Do not have chicken rice here 👎🏻 I do not recommend this! 👎🏻

Missing items. Incomplete packages. Wrong vegetable given. Incomplete sauces. Very annoying experience with this outlet. !!

Lame services. Meja byk kosong, tapi biarkan customer que panjang sampai halang the mall hallway. And no service staff explained or seated us. Need a better/improved process. Perhaps redesign your service plan.

the food is no doubt delicious. for the management, they should really train their staff on restaurant information. I asked the 2 staffs to get confirmation (1 waiter & 1 cashier) if e-wallet payment available and they told me yes. when i want to settle my bills, the cashier on duty said e-wallet payment not available due to terminal problem. so, i thought what the hell is this .. some say can use, some say cannot. the management should really look into this.

Delicious and affordable Malay and Chinese fusion dishes. But service is quite slow and sometimes mixed up.

They more focused on the dine in customers rather than customers who wants to ordered a take away n food delivery rider.. i have to wait almost half an hour for just a single meal to take away..

good food. fast service. nice staff. we went during lunchtime hours and it was packed, we had to queue for about half an hour. but once we were seated the service was fast. we got our orders after ~20 mins. the rice was slightly undercooked but perhaps it was a one-time mistake. overall it was a nice place to dine in

Very Slow taking order when dining in. Foodpanda/Grabfood always temporarily close. 12.30 already temporarily close in foodpanda. Grabfood always temporarily close. Please improve the service. Rent larger premises, hire more staff, attract potential staff with good salary, increase current staff salary....

I was a slow service from the staff, even though at the time the tables is still not full occupied. Me and my wife was arrived earlier than other three tables, unfortunately they get served first than us. It is quite frustrated, but, one of staff say apologize, yet cannot be accepted as he mentioned that my bill is missing, and makes them missplaced the order. Well, the food was good, and need more alert on the services. Thanks Chicken Rice Shop.

Is crazy how come 2 times people put a hot soup next to my baby can not come from the other side I know shop always bussy but not much personal need more staff if your shop is too bussy otherwise some people gona complain! Also service very slowly 🥲 The personal not much friendly need to bring to some training to be more nice customers services 👌

The dishes and menu was delicious, i love the combination of chicken rice with chicken curry,it is so creamy when got mix together, u should try mix those twon to feel the taste. Its just that we hve to scan thru QR to make an order and i found that a little hassle cuz it always take times to scroll and submit an order, i prefer the table service like old time. The environment is quite pack and its always full house. It is hard for me lately to get to dine in the restaurant. So if u dun like to wait in line just take away. It would be much faster.

The food isnt very fresh. Staff service are ok but the manager is not ok.
