Incompetent staffs. Affects the customer service to worst. They asked my name and my number, and stated that I've to wait for 15 minutes for my food, and I was really okay with it. 25 minutes went, I kept listening and saw the staffs were playing around and I started to stand in front of the counter, then only the staff started to call my name. the food was already there for how long? what's the purpose of taking my name and number if only I had to stand in front of the counter to be able to take my food? Management please find the supervisor/manager to supervise the staffs

Delivery was too slow. Ordered at 6pm, but now until 10pm not yet recieved. Out of multiple calls, only 1 made through to the operator, and she promised will take only about another 30mins, but after 2hrs, still not yet received. It is disappointment

So far so good..Staff is okay. Can improve on customer services though. Go there if you have strong heart. Cheers. Update: Went there tonight to collect online order & chose Car pickup and turn on hazard light once arrived. The service turned out flawless. Wow.

Large sitting area however not so many dine in as most of the customers take away or do online orders. It takes about 20 minutes waiting to receive your order. So if you are not on the road it is a better choice to make online order as u can relax at home while waiting for your pizza. Parking space is also hard to find as it is occupied by the road stall and their customers outside.

Easily accessible as it is located at the end of the shop lot yet at times especially late evening, it's hard to get closer parking area to this restaurant. Spacious seating arrangement and easy to walk into the restaurant to go to the counter. The food quality is just okay.

The pizza always nice, but it bit slow.
