Poor, very very very poor Please spare 5 mins to read this review if you don't want to waste your money. We went 17 people at this place for one day picnic. Very first and worst experience we faces that at the time of payment on reception one member's phone stolen from reception. And when that try to found with find my phone feature of smartwatch phone rang in the person who was from there staff only.😡 One of there staff member took to phone and kept it in his pocket. After They didn't inform us that swimming pool is not maintained from last 3-4 days. When we reached there they told us that due to electricity problem swimming pool is not maintained. Swimming pool's and waterpark's water was hell dirty. it was of green color and stinking a lot. There was so many time power cut problems so any AC of the club was not working properly. Washroom was so so dirty and stinky. There was no one to clean washrooms and changing room. One of our member vomitted due to that bad smelling. In waterpark one tile is broken and there is a deep hole which is not visible at all. One of our member fell in that hole and got injury and got cuts under the Foot. Food was ok taste, but serving was so bad. you have to wait a long for a single food item. They was not able to match up the demand of the customers. For one day picnic they are charging almost 2000rs and very limited amenities they are providing in that. Indoor game is also not included. In candy house children play area there was no management.15 yrs old kids were also jumping on trampoline and there was no one to stop them. It was total chaos there. You can not let your child play alone there. Movie theater capacity was also very limited and steps designed are uneven. one of our member fell down there and got a serious injury in leg. Movie was also in very bad quality print. There is no lights in garden area as well as on a inner road. After 7pm everything is total blank and blackout. You can not spend evening time in garden also. We had very bad day at this RIO colina. I will not recommend anyone to go here total waste of money. i suggest you please don't go there. It's a wonderful place for weekend gateway. They have nice villas. It's huge property with wonderful club house including all indoor activities like squash and badminton court, table tennis, snooker, carrom board, chess dart game and many more. They have infinity swimming pool and some water rides. Property is very well maintained. But the food is pathetic. So always arrange food in prior from outside or carry with you. Otherwise we really enjoyed the property.

Definitely a must visit place. The property are clean and hygienic. The food is also very very good with a lot of varieties. All other facilities are also available like swimming pool, indoor games, water park, etc. You can enjoy even more if you are visiting with a large group. Overall the best place to visit just for relaxation...😄😄😄

Very bad experience. No maintenance. One of the staff stole my mobile which was found through smart watch from his pocket. Ome member specs too is missing. Food was okok but no management. We had to wait for food for long. Children waterpark had a hole one of our member broke her leg no management for movie Could not locate steps almost 5 people fell in the theatre and I myself broke my leg. Toilets were stinking. No proper water in shower. And bathrooms too were dirty. When we pay so much we expect good service. Overall bad experience

We reached here for breakfast at 9.30 a.m and they said U reaches late . We reached for lunch at 1.30 and again we are late. PLS tell us what's the right time for lunch n breakfast. Food quality is very poor . Cleanliness at wash room is 3 Rd class. If you ask my opinion, dont visit here

Beautiful place of back of the tapi river. The property are neat and clean. Very well maintained property. Nearly at Surat. Atmosphere is very good and beautiful. It is peaceful and relaxing place for picnic and stay with family and friends. Bedroom and hall is big and neat and clean 😊. Many activities are like swimming, cricket 🏏, pool game, indoor game etc. Food also good and lot of verities available.staff are very cooperative. Definitely a must visit place with family ❤️. Value of money.

Ratings 3.5 ⭐️ Ambience 5⭐️ Food 3⭐️ Amenities 3⭐️ Cleanliness 1.5⭐️ Things I came across: Pool Shower rooms do not have soap/shampoo/towels- bring your own Jain food available Club Toilets and bathrooms (of main building- reception and theatre) - no cleaning - all washroom from ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor are stinking as no one had flushed after passing stools nor the club managing team has cleaned it. Pool showers rooms are uncleaned and doesn't seem that they are being cleaned on regular basis as it is stinking too. For my day of visit evening food taste was very poor. Morning breakfast and Lunch was fantastic. Pool and Water Rides is fun and enjoyable. Basketball and Ground for playing games open for us. Theatre shows social media shared duplicate prints of the movie. Overall Ambiance is very nice and sound. My review is according to one day visit.

Worst management, worst service overall very very bad experience of new year celebration. The most unexpectedly unwanted experience i had. I would never recommend anyone to come here for celebration. Dont ever come here. Had heard alot about this place but I regret it why i came here for the new year’s. I want to rate it in minus but i am unable to do that that’s y giving one.

We had a very good experience at this place. it is away from the crowded areas making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The view from there is awesome. You can also enjoy a morning walk with the chirping sound of birds. We can also enjoy the pool and there are some rides for small kids so that they can have fun in the swimming pool.

Indoor games are actually scam. While selling package for indoor games, we ware informed that we will have access to all the indoor games available for entire day. but when we went for playing games equipment's were be not available for most of the games and most surprisingly when we complained regarding it to reception we were told that they are committed to provide access not equipment. staff is very unprofessional even in restaurant. Food was also very average quality. Property is located at very good location and infrastructure is also very good but service is very bad.

Good place for vacation. There are varieties of option to chilled out. Atmosphere is very nice and peaceful. You can do many activities like swimming, playing pool, badminton, chess, cricket or squash. You get food here too. The place os suitable for photography too. Overall, nice place for your weekend.

It was the worst place i have been ever. It looks good only in Google photos from which we decided to book for one day picnic. Once you go there.. you won't even feel like stepping into the pool.. it was that dirty! They don't have an option to dine for the people who already had pool time so you have to change the clothes and get ready for lunch and after you won't feel like stepping again into the pool. . Only kids playing area was good and some Indore games where you can spend half n hour. After that you just have nothing to do! You just need to wait for tea time. No proper buffet for breakfast. No options. Neither even they ask for options. Lunch Taste was just okayish. Again no buffet. So you can't even choose as there were no variety. We had three kids and they haven't eat anything properly through out the day bcz there wasn't anything for them. So we decided not to have dinner even if we have paid bcz we were just wasting time. We would littrelly like to have refund if anyone's reading here.

I think wehn it was started it was much more good no doubt it is good but not well maintained firstly it was good and well maintained all the tools were placed nicley. Though even today the structure is good but not well maintained.

Best place for one day picnic and night stay also

The best place to visit with your family and friends. Excellent property and very convenient. The property is clean and has a fantastic view. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a Resort. They were always friendly and they helped us to celebrate the Janmashtami festival and also helped to make arrangements for the same.

Fabulous space. There are great bungalows both for short stays or owning also mostly. Fully owning wise I am not sure though. They also give a set of bunglows on rent together whenever there is any function or event one wants to organise (including weddings). One thing to note however is that it's one whole hour or slightly more of a car journey one will have to arrange for themselves from the Surat (Railway Station). It's a huge colony, well maintained. Gardening and all is really systemically done. It does have two to three different swimming pools, two to three large grounds , and a large air-conditioned reception area too, like apart from the bungalows. On top of this, this whole colony is facing the Tapi River, so you get a glimpse of the river from outside of your bungalows. The bungalows are in 3 categories: Crystal, Diamond and Platinum (yes, even for me it was hard to figure out which one is above the other). The rooms are nice.

Rio Colina resort it is a 5 star property. All the facilities are available in property . all type of food is very delicious . good service s all the service staff . i am two days staying in property . all the good facility are provided by KKB group . always all the senior person coaparate staff .

The hotel is and even location but my only concern is the food service and room service because the very first day when ordered our meal which was supposed to be no onion and garlic but they gave us the food which had onion and garlic now exactly we dont know what happened but it eventually caused to break down of our spiritual sentiments .And the other concern is the rooms the room were good and luxurious but the washrooms were smelly. It was literally stinking .The charged us more that 13000 but there were no air fresheners. Thats all and other services other than food and room were all good
