Very nice hotel to enjoy full picnic with kids and family. They offer a full day package with breakfast and full access of swimming pool. it is very cheap if you book through oyo app. The breakfast is ok but the day you spend in the pool will be a very good feeling

Good place from out side and good for cpls only. If u want to enjoy with family then it's not for u. If goes with friends and group it's good. Overall room is small and not clean i visit many oyo hotels but this is the only one I give 1 star rating photo is capture by me is good but only photo can not decide ur stay at hotel. Because 48 mp camera is for all good memory only.

Good cheap family resort. Food quality is average. Swimming pool is large but not so much clean. Resort is having so much activities including Disco, TT, Billiards, Movie theatre and so on. Very poor cleanliness.

Good place for one day but facilities for stay is not up to the mark but discotheque , theatre, good swimming pool,kids swimming pool, which is good part

Very bad experience....no any facilities and amenities.....very dirty rooms....bad service.... Whole day spent without power and water... Local guest house provide more facilities than harshraj....no tv in room....it is not resort but local guest house without facilities....

Food and Banquet hall facilities are really good. Some problem with salted water but its is really okay. Great

Don't go on their high look. Only thing luxurious about them is their club house, rest of the other houses are worse than slums.

If you are for industrial visit near karanj highway, then this resort is perfect to stay. Have all the necessary facilities. Villas are quite big. Swimming pool area is awesome.

A really nice resort to enjoy with friends and family with a cost of ₹1000 per person for full day that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. The resort is beautifully build and have a big swimming pool. The game zone is good with 3 pool table and air hockey, chess and Carrol board to play. The resort also have a disco tec that's play in the evening along with a movie theater but plays only selected one or two movies Overall it's a great place to enjoy. The only con I see is the food that's just ok type.

The place is quite interior, you may feel a bit difficult to reach but once you reach the place its worth every penny. The place is lit. You get rooms like small quarters of your own. Although they serve only vegetarian but the food is nice. You can even book for party. The place also has a swimming pool and games area which is quite fun. The only problem is with room service.

Provided proper breakfast lunch , hi-tea and dinner. A perfect place for the weekends if you wish to break some banks (expensive) We did not have a night stay but the amenities they provided for the picnic were on point. There was a pool open till evening, game zone which had carrom, chess, snooker, ping pong(table tennis) and air hockey. The breakfast was kinda above average, the lunch was good and the hi tea just had tea/coffee and snacks, the dinner was also great. The theater was small but okay in size and always full. Movie played was only badrinath ki dulhaniya throughout the day which was obviously not expected and disappointing. Overall the experience was great and we had fun. It was expensive though, it costed 1200rs. Per person just for picnic and rooms and bunglows had an extra cost approx 2000rs for room and 5000rs for bunglows. The time was worth it though and an relaxing experience.

The property is located just 3kms from Kamrej toll plaza on highway, which is easily accessible. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Ideal for 2 couples per bunglow. There is a clubhouse which has many activities built in like pool, gaming zone, indoor DJ, buffet meal, restaurant etc. However they are not included in the stay and are charged separately. Which increases the cost of stay. Overall, a good weekend getaway and great value for money.

Villa has 2 bedroom, a big balcony, 1 hall wtih sofa seating.. Rooms are nice. This place located near joy and joy resort, near lindiyat gaon. Very silent atmosphere you can feel calmness here.. Such a nice location to enjoy with family and Frnd.. Food is not that much good, staff is not that good in service but it's okay Bcoz environment, garden, swiming area, play area, is so nice.. Decent place to enjoy calmness and nature

I personally visit on 16/12/2021 and I found such no one available on desk after waiting 20 minutes and ask or shouting on desk. Rooms are very bad and looks like visit on oldest room and not recombed. Outside smell also continues bad because of outside or near by sugar factory.

Average spot for one day family picnic.. Food was okay Gamezone was also average as many games were not well maintained Swimming was huge but not upto the mark in cleanliness.. Theater hall was good..
