Check out the address of this hotel in the application which used for booking and book. They have put it as its near Surat railway station and its very far away from the SURAT RAILWAY STATION. Kindly don't get cheated people. I have booked through agoda and I booked it because it was said that its near SURAT RAILWAY STATION. When I reached the station and checked Google map. It was almost 25km away. Even though I requested for a cancellation. They didn't cancel and I lost the whole money. They are literally misleading customers to make profit. PATHETIC

One of the worst hotel for stay. Had to stay there for a night during my late travel from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. Rooms are pathetic.

Pl avoid. Really poor service, attitude of staff and pathetic quality. Do note that the staff even switched off the power supply intentionally....

It is a very bad hotel. Yesterday we booked 2 rooms through OYO. Rooms were very small, barhroom very bad and full of smell. Staff behavior was very rough. Hotel didn't provide us complementary breakfast. Plz don't book this hotel via OYO or direct.

Nice place , but no kitchen , u have to order food from outside . But good for 1 or 2 days stay. Budget freindly place

Bad decision, the place has a mosquito breeding menace and the people at reception do nothing about it. Rooms are okay but the bathroom is also not maintained
