contacted
Ratna
Resort
in
Kamshet
to
inquire
about
their
services
and
food
options
for
a
specific
number
of
people.
Unfortunately,
my
experience
with
the
phone
operator
left
much
to
be
desired.
His
demeanor
was
exceptionally
rude
and
unhelpful
throughout
our
conversation.
As
a
potential
customer,
I
believe
it's
only
natural
to
inquire
about
the
details
of
the
meals
provided,
such
as
the
variety
of
dishes
and
the
overall
quality.
However,
the
phone
operator
seemed
disinterested
in
addressing
my
concerns,
providing
only
a
rough
estimate
of
the
cost
per
person
without
offering
any
specifics
about
the
menu.
This
lack
of
professionalism
and
disregard
for
customer
queries
left
a
sour
taste
in
my
mouth.
When
planning
a
family
outing,
it's
important
to
feel
confident
in
the
service
and
hospitality
of
the
chosen
establishment.
Regrettably,
due
to
this
negative
interaction,
I
made
the
decision
not
to
host
my
family
at
Ratna
Resort.
I
hope
that
Ratna
Resort
takes
this
feedback
constructively
and
works
on
improving
their
customer
service.
Clear
and
friendly
communication
is
an
essential
aspect
of
any
hospitality
business,
and
it
was
disappointing
to
encounter
such
a
lack
of
professionalism.
I
hope
they
address
these
concerns
to
provide
a
better
experience
for
future
guests.
