The municipal community hall is located on the Laha ghat in Rishra. If you want to have a small party like birthday or anniversary without wanting to spend a lot on halls,this is probably the best place for you. The hall faces Ganges on the eastern side and there is always a cool breeze blowing. The booking can be done by calling or visiting the Municipality Office.

Good marriage hall at reasonable rate.as it is under the municipality, it's rate is low. But not everyone gets the chance to book the hall. And people sometime use unfair means to get the hall booked. But its ok. It's a good initiative by the local government to help the poor people who cannot afford costly banquets. Apart from marriage purposes, it is also used for any small function or public meeting. Water facility is easily available here. All-over it's fine.

Small place. Suitable for small gathering. Parking lot not present. One has to park on road. However the road is not so busy and you can park your vehicle.

Facility is very good. Wash rooms has scope to improve, with higenic values.

AC was not working at all, it was like hell. Only small celebration can be arranged here
