Beautiful water villa build in the Inle lake. As I arrived late into the evening, I missed the sunset but sun rise time was amazing. So I recommend to you to arrive early enough to enjoy the sunset. I tried the Burmese massage and scrub at the spa. It was about $50 for 90 minutes deal but I think you get what you pay for..they can do much better. I think they should do something about the selection of the music. It was not suitable music to where you are expected to relax. The shower was very dark so you couldn’t see the scrub being washed off or not and the drain smelled sewage. The over water villa was very spacious and beautiful design. Outdoor deck, shower and the living room overlooking the lake added the charm to the room. Breakfast buffet was mix of local, Chinese and western food. Good selection of the pastries to start the day.

Beautiful rooms with wonderful views of the lake and mountains. Splendid panorama for the sunset. Very cozy place even if the noise of the engines of the boats comes to break the silence of the morning. Good restaurant. Great choice at breakfast. Employees very welcoming and helpful.

One of a few hotels built directly on the lake but the views from the hotel are probably unparalleled to other properties around the lake. The hotel has three room types - Lakeview, Mountainview, and second row Lakeview. The Lakeview rooms are most expensive but Mountainview is equally beautiful. The second row rooms do not really have a open views. There are a few downsides though. The rooms are large and lavishly decorated in Intha traditions but there's no A/C installed. The hotel is a bit old and it is very annoying to walk on the floor making loud noises on every footstep, especially when the surrounding is dead silent. It may be understandable but I still think it is unfair to charge 2 US$ per 600ml water bottle. Yes, the food and drink are unreasonably expensive. Other than that this is a great place to stay for a couple nights.

Excellent place to stay right over the river. The only way to reach is by boat the boat ride just lovely. The property excellent. The rooms large and lavish well maintained. Even Have a open to sky shower which is lovely. The best place to just relax enjoy the view and spend hours. Nice massage and spa. Overall one of the loveliest places I have been to. Must visit

We like the hotel a lot. It is really beautiful. If we would have to mention something to improve then maybe the English language from the waitresses could be improved but this is only a small thing we noticed. The staff is really helpful and friendly and the accommodation is nice. The food is slso good, no remarks there.

Nice rooms, we had mountain views that have us an amazing sunrise. Good food, both for breakfast and dinner. Not really suitable if you want a choice for evening dining locations as its so far away from any other restaurants. Main problem was not having enough hot water in the room to fill the bath.. If you decide to equip your rooms with a bath then you should ensure the hot water supply is sufficient.

The resort is surrounded with lotus.its so beautiful. Peaceful and quiet 😊👍. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They come to do the curtain for the bed everynight around 7pm with sweet messages and flowers to wish you good night

A beautiful resort with really good customer service. During cold weather, they actually went round each hut to provide hot water bags and offer their services to close the windows. Situated right in the middle between the mountains and lake. Sun rising from the mountains and setting at the lake. I will prefer sunrise here as there will be mist floating just above the waters which gives you the heavenly feel.
