A pleasant experience, with a relaxing homely feel. The owner is friendly and was helpful right from the day we booked, and was even calling us late at night on the first day of our visit, and took the strain of guiding us personally to the place - instead of just giving landmark instructions blindly. The staffs & caretaker are quite nice and warm, without being disturbing or nosy unlike in most other cases. They also provided us home-cooked, diet food, based on our instructions. We enjoyed the stay in a home-like, private, and lovely place which we had ourselves for the entire stay, for a price that would have just got a small room in other hotels. Will definitely recommend to single women/ group of women/elderly travellers, as this place is safe, secure, with precious privacy, and comes along with personal care & commitment from the owner & caretaker. Only one request to the Host: Please keep maintaining the property as it is now, and please with continue your excellent hospitality services and policies, and providing diet food services - These are the things that make Royal Stay stand out from other standard places!!!

Giving even 5 stars will not do justice to the awesomeness you feel when u stay there. Being a frequent traveller I have seen and stayed in many places but this is some place which would mesmerise you and will forever stay close to heart. Reaching kanchipuram at 3 in the morning and already disturbing by calls to ask for assistance from 1 hr before, pleasantly surprised to see not 1 but 3 people welcoming us and helping us. The moment u see Royal Stay Kancheepuram the one word which comes to ur mind would definitely be WOW. Such a beautiful place admits greenery and still very near to temples. Kids were so happy for the small swing and cozy bed. Driver was given a dorm. The bed room with walk in closet and bathroom were well maintained. Automatic room freshener which is very pleasing for the senses. A very elaborate and very very tasty home made food tailor made for our spice needs was one thing which will linger in our memory. Their hospitality is very good and a class apart from the rest. Will defenetly recommend this place for all and would love to visit again and again. Except that this property is away from the main road nothing else to complain. The host is an awesome person n helpful , the food was excellent n the place had a real royal vibe.

This stay has marvelous features with neat and clean rooms. Here home cooked food is also served with extra cost. The first thing i would like to mention is their birds nest and trees gives us close bonding with nature. Two Wash rooms were available one in bed room other out side next to small bed room. The stay here completely makes us feel as we are in our home.

I was awed by the experience during my wonderful stay here. I feel fortunate to have landed here by chance out of all the hotels/BnBs in Kanchipuram.The owners and staff were very warm and genuine people . Special care was taken to me like a family member..I meditate and there was a meditation hall in the owners private house nearby so they kindly invited me to go n Meditate there, Which was a wonderful experience. Then I was served Home cooked food by Bhabi ji which was just yummy esp the chutney and paneer Dosa.The care taker there made my dream come true when he put up a folding bed , mattress , mosquito net outside our room in the open Aangan/verandah of the guest house with a small cooler infront of me ... Ohh it reminded me of my childhood. I enjoyed a small Eve nap under the open sky. Alexa speaker and the home theater system and large bed in the room are just excellent. We had a 2 Night Accomodation at Royal Stay in Kanchi. Received excellent services from Parthiban, always helpful and very accomodating. The rooms could have been more cleaner with quilts that did not feel washed and lack of toileteries. Otherwise, it is a superb stay with relatively close proximity to most of the temples and vegetarian restaurants.

This place is literally a zero star stay. In the hospitality industry one must be honest to keep their word. They cancelled their booking because they didn’t block the online booking in the same date. One hour to the stay we get a call saying our booking has been given away with my family and we don’t have a stay. Terrible service !!!

Booked this place for one day stay in April 2023 had a very bad experience. First of all this place is located in a remote locations in outskrits of kancheepuram,( while booking the person on the person said it's very near to kamatchiamman temple but is nearly five kilometers away from the temple) there is only one or two house near this place. On seeing the place it doesn't look safe at for family staying because of its location. Literally it's in a dead end of a deserted road. It's not a house at all the property has some free space that's it it has two bed rooms one bed room will be around appr. 16x20 size with two double cots and no free space will be like a typical hotel room with attached bathroom, the second bed room is a dungeon changed into bedroom apr 10x10 size and no toilets u need to come outside for using washroom. This property owner claimed charge of 4500 for this property. Just for a four bed room lodge room this amount is costly and with the safety and remote location it's a big question mark. I paid an advance of 2000 on seeing the location changed my mind and moved to better properties inside kancheepuram city. If u r coming as a family please avoid this property.

Good stay for family and friends great hospitality.Most lovable place for nature lovers. Owner and staff members are very helpful.Homemade food is served on order basis and the food is really very tasty. Good dining area and we all really enjoyed this place and I strongly recommend this place to my friends , colleagues and relatives

Excellent stay and fantastic hospitality. Two rooms, and large open air space, great for birthday type functions. Nature lovers would appreciate the fact that parakeets, doves and ducks are well maintained and nice time for kids.

it was an excellent guest house having clean room,there is a big area with trees ,love birds,doves especcialy there is a cute fantail in different colors indoor games and outdoor games are there had a great stay

The stay with my family and pet in Royal Stay was memorable. The ambience was simply superb. My pet too enjoyed every moment of his stay. The attendant took care of our requirements very well. I shall recommend Royal Stay to all like minded people with pets.
