Best gym in Kanchi. Equipment is of very good quality. In terms of space, I think this gym has the best space in the town. The length of the gym is long enough to do suicide runs. The length also is well suited for using the battle rope. Ventilation is pretty decent. The gym is value for money unlike other gyms that charge a bomb with none of the above benefits. Another good thing is, no PT sales nuisance.

Good spacious well equipped affordable fitness center...... The gym is very spacious- literally we can do shuttle run inside the gym.... The only downside is parking and restrooms which is not a great factor for gym sessions

They also have tidy shoe racks, change rooms and rest rooms - well maintained. But, the highlight of this Gym would be the trainers. AMAZING TRAINERs they are skilled professional and very FRIENDLY. For the personal training, they tailor the fitness courses according to your needs and that suits you the best. They MOTIVATE you and help you to workout efficiently by teaching and correcting the form, monitoring the progression of weights and to also take care of re-racking. They don't market products but genuinely guide you through the diet course etc. You can't go wrong with this Gym, I highly recommend.
