Visited this store for a quality footwear purchase. Store has very limited selections for sandals and shoes. However I selected one which was the last stock available and unfortunately it had a minor defect of sticky gum on the footwear. Talked to the guy and his attitude was buy if you want kind else leave. Staff need to be customer friendly. Finally I purchased it at MRP price as I was in a hurry and in a tight schedule to visit another store. I won't be planning another visit here. Defected product should be sold in reduced price as a courtesy to customer.

Unlike any other bata showroom, very poor customer service. Never had similar experience at brother stores. Associates unwilling ly waiting for us to choose with out even considering to provide assistance

Bata has long lasting footwear. They have a specific style and may not be appealing for all ages. Good quality and value for money.

Nice selections with affordable price and durable quality. Must shop once, to feel the experience..

Not much of collections. Staffs are least bothered to help the customers.

Very poor customer care Visited today with kids at 530 pm, felt very unwelcome, none of the two staff members acknowledged, or asked why I was there or what we wanted. After sometime, I had to call one of them to get some service. Some Staff training could do no harm

This is a showroom for shoes sandals and other footwear. The selection is limited and there weren't many options to choose from. However the staff is friendly and helpful. They gave us a discount and invited us to come again. Bata is a well known brand and other Bata showrooms have a much higher range of options. For what it's worth the store is air conditioned which can make a huge impact especially when it's 40 C outside.

Not good. Service and collection not upto the mark.

Beside the main road, easy to spot. Parking available. Getting into the lit and getting out could be a problem due to heavy traffic. The franchisee has a good collection of the normal BATA range

The shop is located on MC road ettumanoor ernakulam. The shop is medium spaced with limited collections. Average parking area. Customer service is ok but felt like they are not helping us for the best.

Good products .. need more collections

Nice collection of footwear for men, women and children. By the side of the MC Road. Parking available for three of four cars. Accepts UPI payments. Good services. It is the only ' Bata' showroom in the vicinity.

Very limited collections . And even the ones which are displayed is full of dirt . They don't even wipe it before putting it for display. Lack of interest it shows.
