This place is a serene haven, with gorgeous surround views of the beautiful gardens and forest jungle beyond. We even spotted some monkeys from our balcony! Everything is so clean, the staff are so friendly (always with a smile, always ready to give advice on what to see and do), and are so happy to help. The pool is clean and a very lovely temperature. The room was stunning with most of the walls made from glass to truly let the nature in. The breakfast is the most amazing part. Sri Lankan cuisine made fresh with so much pride and presented beautifully. The owner is very kind and will take you places free of charge if he is heading in that direction for the day :) honestly nothing bad to say about this place!

We had such a lovely stay here. Staff were amazing. Service was fantastic. Place was beautiful. We arrived so late to check in. Yet they were there fully staffed awaiting our arrival and welcomed us with nice warm tea. The breakfast that was included was beyond incredible. The owner was often found onsite checking on his guests. I would recommend this to anyone.

Amazing boutique hotel. Rooms are very clean with great interior design and huge windows with farm view at the back. Food is very good and prices are affordable. Local breakfast was a fire🔥- tasty and diverse. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Large and clean swimming pool. Tip - when you book, choose rooms on the upper floor, give more privacy.

I love this hotel. We had a room with a view towards the fields in the back. It had floor to ceiling windows on two sides, facing greenery, with a lovely balcony. The decor was simple and elegant, the bathroom comfortable and the separate little space for storage meant the bedroom didn't get cluttered with suitcases. In addition, the grounds were tranquil and the pool soothing after a day out in the sun. And the service was lovely! Highly recommend this place!

recently refurbished to a high standard with a lovely pool and restaurant open area. Beautiful spacious room with a balcony overlooking this families farm at the back, keep an eye out for cheeky monkeys! Great big shower, would highly recommend this place and stay again! Run by a lovely family who go over and above to help you enjoy your stay.

I booked 6 rooms for my family at Atha resort and the owner as well as the staff exceeded my expectations. Resort is so beautiful. Rooms were super clean. Food was excellent. Beautiful, spacious, clean swimming pool. More than everything the owner and the staff were very courteous, helpful and attended to all our requests promptly including preparing food for our liking. This is a great resort for foreigners and locals alike. This is an excellent resort of beauty, serenity and exceptional service! We will visit this location again and highly recommend to anyone looking to book a place to stay around Sigiriya, Dambulla or Habarana.

We had a fantastic stay at Atha Resort and couldn't recommend it highly enough. It's brilliant! Ishan and the team go out of their way to make you feel welcome, providing helpful suggestions, arranging TucTuc's for us and even a packed lunch for the day. The room was lovely, bed incredibly comfy, massive walk in shower and spotlessly clean throughout. Breakfast and evening meals were equally brilliant - all prepared and cooked fresh. All in all loved it and can't wait to get back one day!

Very quiet place. Service by the staff is excellent. The food is very tasty. The chef has a creative attitude on presenting the food. Everything was perfect during our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Atha Resort. The staff go above and beyond to welcome you. The hotel is well kept, picturesque and extremely relaxing. The breakfast was by far one of our top experiences in Sri Lanka - abundance of delicious local food! The hotel is a about a 5-10 minute tuk-tuk to the main highstreet with restaurants etc, but we never had difficulty flagging one down.

Amazing resort, great and clean place to rest and relax. Very helpful and attentive staff and management. The food was delicious and presented very nicely. The only downside was that the WiFi didn't work properly in the room but they also tried to resolve that. Highly recommend.

So so nice, behind the closed wooden entrance gate, is a hidden jem! Staff is friendly and attentive! From the manager tharusha and Asela and rest of staff! Rooms are spacious, a nicely done, great bathroom/shower too. Lovely pool and grounds and great food at restaurant!!! We are sorry we didn't have time to stay here longer!!!!

This place was incredible. And the service was fantastic. The pool was also extremely clean. Everything was spotless and the rooms are very comfortable. The place was very pleasing. I loved it very much. I highly recommend it.
