Waiting time is more than 2 hours for a scan. Do not do a prior announcement about the waiting time or the queue or the availability of lab assistants. Worst service ever.

Useless money minded place

Finally went for a Dexa scan. Very dirty. Full of dust. It's not easy. Handicapped access not. Wouldn't it be nice if we bought a few more ourselves and had a maid clean at least one day a week? Security is the last and there is no officer. Only those who came for the scan. There was an old maid to help in the scan room. He was smiling. Mosquitoes are full and enjoy from 3 pm.

Went in for a FBC, and unexpectedly fainted due to my weak condition. The assistants were sooo helpful, gave me a pressure check and a bed to rest until I felt better, for free. The reports were delivered soooo quickly, and also didnt mind me calling my personal doctor into their place. Cant believe a private place was that kind, helpful and considerate. The customer service is top notch. 10/10

One star also too much. No proper management no customer services at all. Poor services. The phone number is useless and called 15 times within an hour from abroad to inquire no one answering the phone call ever. Not recommended at all.😡😡😡
