Absolutelly total rip off by Mahaweli reach hotel, I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and not a single piece of chicken was in any of th sandwiches but a so called "Chicken Paste" which was was fully onion and no chciken. Tasted horrible. I cant believe they Rs.300+ for each and addtional VAT and SSC amouting to Rs.742, totally dissapointed. Staff was really unfriendly and rude.

Decent food and good customer service. However, they run out of food pretty quickly. You have to be quick to come here for lunch and dinner or else you will be disappointed. Most of the staff working in the hospital seem to be having their staff meals here as well. Hence it kind of makes sense in order to reduce wastage they prepare meals in some sort of a daily quota system. I can vividly remember when my wife was admitted to Asiri Hospital for the delivery we had to come here to eat. We also had the option to get food delivered from outside third parties. At one occasion we missed out food from this location since we came in late. All in all, their made to order sandwiches were great.

Very good food and very cleen

Visited several times. Overall experience was disappointing. Staff was rood and doesn't know how to trat or talk to customers. They ruin the well known name of "Hotel Mahaweli Reach". Recent experience - Ordered some fish buns, they billed for fish roles and gave fish roles, Then asked that I ordered fish buns and I didn't want roles, the staff member refused to change the order as the bill was already processed. And said there was only one fish bun was available while keeping a new batch of fish buns on the counter. Then I asked about them and he switched them. But didn't pay the extra sum being charged. When I asked for that, the person said, "was that a problem for me?" and threw cash on the counter (returned amount also lessor than the amount they owed) Never had such irritating experience in a restaurant. I contacted the hotel and made a complaint, they promised to call back within 5 minutes, still I didn't receive that call. (as I excepted) To the management - If you are keen about your brand name, please appoint suitable people with a proper training. If you are not in a position for that, please leave the place and allow some one capable of doing it.

Well done Team mahawali . Good food and reasonable price.

Do not ever try a fish bun here. It tastes old and disgusting. I felt like vomiting after having the bun for double the price of the other places. (170 LKR) Unfortunately, they have the monopoly because it's the only restaurant inside Asiri Hospital so no option. All the food is expensive but not value for the money. The place is in disrepute for the Mahaweli Reach Hotel since it's owned by them.

The food was well presented, for higher than usual prices but the quality was not upto standard. The flavour was bland although the presentation of it and the atmosphere of the place was nice. However, the view did not make the bland food worth it. So a 2 from me.

Nice food and a good variety. HOWEVER, the staff seem demotivated which results in service that comes no where in comparison to Maheweli Reach Hotel Standard.

The worst “F”ing restaurant I ever seen they have no idea how to handle customers and no taste in food, high prices low quality food. I took some string hoppers to eat, no Gravey at all they are like “Mehema thama api knna denne kanawa nm kaapan nththn nkn hitapn” attitude. Please close it down no point of operating a restaurant like this.

Went to have some breakfast in the morning and ordered one cappuccino and one cafe latte, instead of cafe latte we got two cappuccino as the people who works in the restaurant don't know how to make cafe latte.They havent even clean the cups properly the coffee was all over the cups and no disency to clean it properly before serve, prices are sky high service and food are not matching with the name. Very disappointed. Better to go for the other restaurants around the food court good and neatly serves.
