Overall
experience
was
disappointing.
Staff
was
rood
and
doesn't
know
how
to
trat
or
talk
to
customers.
They
ruin
the
well
known
name
of
"Hotel
Mahaweli
Reach".
Recent
experience
-
Ordered
some
fish
buns,
they
billed
for
fish
roles
and
gave
fish
roles,
Then
asked
that
I
ordered
fish
buns
and
I
didn't
want
roles,
the
staff
member
refused
to
change
the
order
as
the
bill
was
already
processed.
And
said
there
was
only
one
fish
bun
was
available
while
keeping
a
new
batch
of
fish
buns
on
the
counter.
Then
I
asked
about
them
and
he
switched
them.
But
didn't
pay
the
extra
sum
being
charged.
When
I
asked
for
that,
the
person
said,

on

counter

and

If
you
are
keen
about
your
brand
name,
please
appoint
suitable
people
with
a
proper
training.
If
you
are
not
in
a
position
for
that,
please
leave
the
place
and
allow
some
one
capable
of
doing
it.
