I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before considering Bag Choice Shop for their bag needs. The quality of their products seems questionable, and their customer service is far from satisfactory. It is unfortunate that a shop that claims to offer high-quality items fails to deliver on their promises and treat their customers with the respect they deserve. I recently visited Bag Choice Shop to have my bag repaired, and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. Eight months ago, I purchased a bag from this shop, which I was led to believe was an original, high-quality Swiss gear bag. However, the zip heads on the bag started breaking within just a few months of purchase. Upon visiting the shop for repairs, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism and disrespect from the staff. When I inquired about the originality of the bag, they questioned who had informed me about its authenticity. The staff members even went as far as laughing at me whenever I asked any questions regarding the repair. This created an incredibly unpleasant and uncomfortable atmosphere. What surprised me the most was the owner's behavior. Instead of addressing my concerns, he openly blamed me in front of his staff, making me feel like it was my fault for trusting their words and purchasing their product. The lack of customer service and respect for their customers was truly disheartening. Overall, my experience at Bag Choice Shop was incredibly unpleasant, and I regret having trusted them with my purchase.

This shop have law quality products..i buy hand bag for my wife ,it has broken one side of belt before 1 month ,i went the place and whole of new faces staff then i give it to repair afref few days i went to get it ,its not finished still they even not touch the bag and some idot muslim adventurer sell person says ita not there product 🤬 and he ask me to oay for repair that(before the says they have warranty and free repair )very dissapointed never recommend thia cheap place

Very unpleasant place with unpleasant staff. Salesman have no idea how to deal with customers and acting like gangsters .Cheating peoples and selling low quality products. Shame on you bag choice.

Please think twice before if you going to buy shoes in Bag Choice. The quality of their shoes is questionable. That being said, they have low quality shoes at their shop. I've bought a leather pair of shoes in Bag Choice. It broke on first use. I've never had experience like that before. I went their shop to have that shoes repaired. I told them that I really unsatisfied for the quality of that leather shoes. At that time the person who was at the casier he blamed me. The man yelled at me that the low quality of the shoes was my fault. At that time the staff told me that they could not be held responsible for any defects in the shoes. But when I purchased that shoes, they told me that the shoes have a warranty and if something brakes, they will fix it for free.The staff of Bag Choice lie to the customers and sell inferior goods and deceive people. I really disappointed about the bad quality products at Bag Choice and their stupid, obnoxious staff. I never recommend this bad place to anyone. I really hate the quality of their shoes and their customer service.
