I stayed one night at Kandy Hub as part of a tour package. There are lots of positives about this hotel so let me concentrate on them. The hotel is pleasant and quite new. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with bottled water and tea making facilities. The rooms are air conditioned and wifi is available. The bathroom has soap but no shower amenities such as shampoo etc. The hotel is family owned and run and I was treated exceptionally well during my stay. There is a small restaurant with a fantastic view on the top floor where I was served a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. This was made by the owner and had beautiful home made flavours. So what are the downsides? The location has to be the biggest. It’s called Kandy Hub but it’s far from the hub of Kandy. The city, and any other amenities, are not within walking distance so don’t expect to have an evening stroll into town. (This issue is more the fault of my tour company than the hotel of course). The only other issue would be for wheelchair access as there really is none. In summary a lovely hotel with kind staff in a very tranquil and picturesque location.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. It is situated in a very calm environment. I was also treated with a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

Early stages, just opened in March 23 or so. We stayed in June23, Very nice hosts looking after us well. Rooms very clean and nice, air con. Price was phantastic, 7000Lkr for a double. Evening meal for 2 was about 1700Lkr, nice views from the balconies, meals on roof top terrace. I would come again. A narrow winded road leads to the hub on the steep mountain side overlooking the valley. Only recommendation for the hub team, get watertight mattress protection plus and washable mattress protection under the bed sheets so your quality firm and cosy mattress doesn't become unhygienic. in my opinion. a little jewel surrounded by nature and tranquility. with a beautiful view of the mountains. newly built hotel. nice and clean rooms with terrace. relaxing covered terrace on the top floor (also with small kitchen). small organic garden behind the structure. hospitality at the top as always in srilanka.

One of a best place to stay in Kandy for long term. Nice and quiet place with amazing view. Customer service at its best. Great experience.
