Nice ambiance and good staff. Washroom facilities also available. Good for dine in and take away. Family dining area and kids play area also available in up stairs. Parking facility also available in front and back sides. Food is average. Quality has been reduced than earlier now. Price range is bit expensive. Burgers are yummy but rice is not tasty as expected.

Situated along one of the busiest roads in Kandy. Nice place to have a meal with family & kids. Food is prepared & served quickly. There are weekly offers so make sure you ask for it from the cashier before ordering which makes out a-lot cheaper than stated prices on the menu. Parking is available at the entrance. Toilets are available which is clean & well maintained. Table at the rear are not large enough to accommodate 4 guests as seat are meant for four people.

Just 0 value for money.KFC , pizza hut or any local shop in good quality somewhat better in terms of value for what you paying..If you wanna spend more get less just the place for you.

Too much overpriced. The staff was not at all friendly. They didn't allow us to park car in their empty parking when we didn't bought anything. Outside they mentioned burger for SLR 390 but inside nothing was below SLR 1500. Making fool of people. The combos costs 4000. No need to visit them. There are many other good options nearby in less than this price for 2 people. Too overpriced and rude staff.

The burgers and fries were just the right size for a single meal, neither overloaded nor under. A kids-friendly arena, I think the highlight was the service provided. The staff members were patient and supported in every way possible to make the birthday party of my daughter's classmate, special. The play area could see a face-lift but otherwise, it is a comfortable set-up.

I love this location. Always friendly to me and my family. The staff is amazing. Burger King tastes exactly like it does in Canada or the USA or Panama. The most consistent tasting bugers I have had from any chain restaurant. The chicken is Great!!

Great place for a fast food local joint option. Offers beef, chicken, fish and seafood varieties of pastas, burgers, submarines, sandwiches, curry dishes and other set menus. Waiting time and service is good, can't complain. Atmosphere is a bit dull with less lighting but clean and satisfactory.

An ordinary restaurant that provides fast food facilities. Although the fast food delivery is quite improbable as to which the might not serve in bound to their specified time. Making it a false claim and disrespecting customers. Food is quite what you'd experience from the fast food dining (i.e. in respect to the burger king multinational conglomerate) anywhere no thing much.

Really good customer service. A burger was a little undercooked so they offered one free of charge. One of the staff, Achini, personally oversaw this, making sure we were fully satisfied with everything. Amazing service from her!

Their cheese sauce is watery..and when I returned it back they said its their normal way..fries came alone without the cheese dip and fries became soggy when the cheese dip arrived...even that time, the dip was watery...ive been a reguler customer in BK colombo nugegoda etc peradeniya BK is the worst..had to go there and tell them again and again couldn't enjoy my meal at all... Further more the burgers were not hot at all.. sorry to tell butt BK peradeniya is the worst..

Food is good but in all of my visits there, they were telling that the air-conditioner on the 1st floor is broken and its where the play area arranged. And the play area has not been maintained well and very dangerous to let kids play there too. Therefore kids couldn't enjoy their visits there. I dont know why they dont take the advantage of the place to give a good view on the mountain to customers so they can enjoy the food and and the view. Very poor management.

I had a disappointing experience at Burger King recently. While enjoying my meal, I spotted an ant that seemed to be fried with my fries. This was quite off-putting and left a bad impression. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was off, making the dining environment uncomfortable. I hope they improve their hygiene and maintain a comfortable atmosphere for customers in the future.
