The owner is very welcoming and friendly. Even though we arrived very late.🙏 Delicious breakfast with a comfortable atmosphere.😋☺️🥰You can't miss this place. And we can't wait to go back to stay here again.

The SkyDeck Kandy could not be more perfect! 😍 Located on one of Kandy's many hilltops, this accommodation leaves you wanting for nothing! The rooms are clean and spacious, the shower has warm water and good pressure, the pillows are perfect, the hosts are absolutely amazing and last but not least, the breakfasts are brilliant! I cannot recommend The SkyDeck Kandy enough, and you'll be doing yourself a disservice by booking anywhere else! I’d give them 6 stars if I could! ⭐️

The sky deck is a great location! The view from the balcony was amazing and the family was very friendly! We even got home made sweets for the new year celebration. The breakfast in the terrace with the view was just perfect. The shower with the view on the mountains is amazing. To go to the city you need a car/tuktuk but that was fine. A great place with a really friendly family! We would defintely come back!

I stayed here for 3 days. Young couples run this great Skydeck. They are kind and room qualities is perfect. Location is a little far from downtown. but through Pickme, I can easily go to downtown as well as sightseeing spot. The cat Shadow is adorable to me. I think this Skydeck Kandy is also Kandy's sightseeing spot.

I stayed for 3 nights & it was one of the greatest stays I've had in Sri Lanka. The host is so warm & welcoming (and makes great breakfast!). I will definitely be coming back!

The room was amazing! Incredible view of the city from both our balcony and the dinner/breakfast area. Worth it just for the views! The room itself was very comfortable with a very spacious and modern bathroom. The owners are also really kind and helpful, helping using organise to have our laundry done and getting up very early to make us breakfast before our trip to Sigirya.

Super nice host, stunning view and a great breakfast! If we are visiting Kandy again, this is sure our number one place to stay! We went around the island with are tuktuk and stayed at 9 different hotels, and SkyDeck was best.

Great service, bonus star for the water filter (I don't like buying plastic bottles of water). Host gave us a great recommendation for dinner (awesome vegetarian dosa place in town). View from the breakfast area was breathtaking. Our room was on the side so we didn't get to wake up to the view but a small balcony afforded a glimpse of the stunning surrounds. Just a 300 rupee tuk tuk into town. Nice breakfast, great size shower 😉

You can literally see the entire Kandy city from the open top floor. But if its raining then you have to go to downstairs.

Best homestay, Great view, quiet place, Amazing breakfast and amazing support from the owner, I was late in my last night and didn't find any car to take me back to the hotel, they called me and they came to pick up me from my location, No words describes how I enjoyed my stay in SkyDeck.

Nice location, nice hosts, clean rooms, nice interiors, good quality food and good preparation as well. The rising sun shone directly on the bed. What a blessing. The host guided us clearly and helped with local transportation suggestions and arrangements. He also customised our breakfast. Additionally if you are a cat lover you can get to see their family cat. Overall a must try homestay if you visit Kandy.

We were welcomed very warmly and during the whole stay the owner - it’s family run - were super friendly and attentive. the local breakfast was delicious and for dinner we had amazing home made rice and curries. Great location, great view, everything you would want for a stay in Kandy. Thank you!

This place is in between the clouds. The location of the hotel is wonderful. The view from the room & bathroom is to die for. Its a business run by a family & the people are very warm n welcoming. The rooms have everything one would want. The simple decor, the warm white lights, the balcony & the stars. The owner made sure we were comfortable & was very kind. A great place to drop by even for a weekend. If i come back to Kandy, there is where i would want to stay.

Careful! Skydeck and Asidha's hospitality might make you want to stay in Kandy much longer than you expected (: The house is up the hill, far enough from the city mess, overlooking beautiful dramatic view of suburbs and mostly beautiful green mountains - you'll be able to indulge those from your private well secluded big balcony. This will also be the first sight of your day which is a great start. The room is comfy, clean, wifi signal strong, bottles water provided with tea and coffee per request. But, most of all Asidha and his hospitality - real, heartwarming and forthcoming. He took care and made sure I have the best time in Kandy. Breakfasts at the deck overlooking the misty mountains were fresh and yummy! Shared many tips and good recommendations. He also assisted organizing a trip to Sigiriya & Pidurangala with a great driver. I also recommend Licenced to Grill, a proper grill house with cool menu (incl. Black bun burgers) short walking distance from the house with great views on the way. Transportation can be easily arranged to everywhere via Asidha or the pick me app that works great (also for food/market delivery). Ride anywhere around Kandy will be 400 rupee max (2$). Bottom line - very recommended!
