This was our 1st visit to Sri Lanka , Mountain View Residency was a true reflection of the amazing hospitality. We had booked the room for our 1 night stay in Kandy , which was very spacious and had a great view of the hills. The breakfast & dinner was very good. The staff throughout the property are extremely courteous and make sure that the guests are comfortable during their stay. A wonderful stay. I am sure I'll be returning to this beautiful property in the near future.

great host, great view, great food. I would have given your place 5 stars, but there were a few problems. The WiFi speed could have been better. Parking was not sufficient and the room doors weren't closing properly. Those were the only things I wished could have been better, otherwise the place was good :) will see you guys soon :)

The best home stay place we have been in Kandy. Good clean rooms. Serves a good breakfast. The host Indica and family are very courteous and helpful.

I will recommend that this is a supurb place to stay in Kandy if you are in a visit to beautiful ancient city. Owner Indika was a supurb cool guy, who always took care of us without saying no to any of our requirements. Indika & his wife Sachini runs the property and they have a cute little girl who played with my little daughter. The view from this property so beautiful and the wind that blows through time to time make you so fresh and comfortable. The breakfast which was served to us on our last day was so wonderful and delicious and I still regret myself for not having all three meals at this place. I wish Indika and his family all the best and I'm sure that I will stay at this place in my next visit to Kandy and recommend any one who is searching a place to stay in Kandy during a visit.

This is the only place that you can get comfortable in Kandy. Where you can get unforgettable hospitality. And the view of the mountains and see the Kandy City. It was beautiful.
