Private hospitals run for business purposes. They profit if they can keep patients longer. So basically Asiri hospital trying to keep you untreated as long as possible. Therefore if you have an illness go to a government hospital because they don't want to keep patients longer. Private hospitals are only good for health services.

I was there to admit for a MRI scan , due to covid 19 situation me and my wife had to do rapid antigen test and it took only 1 hour. But for the admission we had to stay nearly 4 hours in the lobby. That’s something we really disappointed. And after the MRI scan , they told us it will be taken 2,3 days for the report. But due to their miscommunication it took almost 8 days,fortunately i was only suffering with a knee injury Rooms are spacious , and room service is remarkable

One of the main private hospitals is Chan in Sri Lanka. Kandy Hospital which located around Gatabe Peradeniya Area. Very good facilities are available here and the staff is very friendly and parking facilities also available here. every type of latest equipment and facilities is available here. Highly Recommended for your Health-related Checkups and Doctor's Channeling.

Asiri Hospital is much better than other private hospitals in kandy. New, clean and fresh atmosphere. Parking is quite expensive. Update. Just stayed 3days in the Asiri hospital and room was around 11500 LKR per night. Clean and very good condition room with balcony. When you staying in the hospital you can get free parking.

Asiri, I would describe it as the leading private hospital in Kandy. It provides standard medical facilities and everything is up to date. This hospital is equipped with a very skillful team of health care workers including the best consultants in the region/country. Definitely recommend it to anybody with minor or major medical issues.

I had the worst possible experience at asiri hospital today. The service was absolutely terrible, and the reception staff were unhelpful. They seemed more interested in working for favors than actually providing good customer service. I mom had an appointment but she was kept waiting for two hours. When finally asked why I was waiting so long, the receptionist just shrugged and walked away. For example, I once saw a receptionist give a patient an earlier appointment time because the patient was a friend of hers. Even though I had been waiting for my appointment for longer, the receptionist told me that I would have to wait even longer. Specific examples of poor service and favoritism: •The reception staff were slow and inefficient. They often had people waiting in line for long periods of time, even when there were no other patients in sight. •The reception staff were unhelpful. They often seemed more interested in talking to their friends and colleagues than helping patients. •The reception staff seemed to be working for favors. They would often give preferential treatment to certain patients, such as those who were known to them or who had connections to the hospital staff.

I visited Asiri Hospital Kandy recently, and while the medical services were up to standard, I couldn't help but notice the young security officer at the entrance of the car park. It's essential for all staff, including security personnel, to communicate with customers in a respectful and courteous manner. I hope they can improve their customer service skills to ensure a more pleasant experience for visitors.

Don't be cheap I was asked to take a book for my medical report it cost 98.01Rs I'm ok to pay it's a private hospital but I don't get my 1.991/= so if 1000 pulse new medical records books every day, how is going to take the extra money. Make it's 100

Utterly terrible time management. They take about 30 patients per hour and it's impossible for them to finish channeling that many within an hour. It takes about 2 or more hours for that to finish. There's absolutely no point of giving us a time period, if they can't work around it. We have been wasting hours and hours of our time because of the utterly ridiculous time management of this institution. Please do something practical, if it takes you 2 hours to consult 30 people, please work accordingly. Patients come here, it's difficult for them to sit here waiting for their turn for nearly 2 or even more hours because of your miscalculation of time.

Really unorganized. After doing a test had to wait for hours to pay the bill. The report is ready but the bill is not is the answer. No wonder patients leave without paying the bill after the test is done. The doctor was great but the support staff pays no attention.

Really disappointed what happened today. I came for medical checkup and need to wait around 2 hours after my breakfast. But someone came there from management and said don't time pass here. Actually If I want to time pass then there are more places in Kandy. Don't need go to the hospital for do that. I paid parking charges as well. I don't know what kind of hospital this is?

They are providing amazing service. The room was perfect and well cleaned.provided foods also delicious.The working teams are also helpful.if you are going to admit make sure to get a car pass at the administration otherwise you have to pay for parking.When discharge they get feedback about their service also.

The medical center is top end and very clean. The staff are friendly and there are no long lines. However, The hospital is way overpriced. I do recommend you inquire the prices or have some international medical insurance before you head there.

I went to the OPD Clinic after being bitten by an animal while travelling. They were fluent in English, very polite and helpful. I got treated fast. Everything was clean and hygienic.

I visited this hospital recently and it wasn't a good experience. After patient finished getting treatment, we had to wait for 2 hours just to get the bill, which was a surprise. The bill was really expensive and didn't make sense, with some parts seeming suspicious. After I paid the bill, we had to wait another 30 minutes, which was tiring. I talked to two other patients, and they also had to wait for around 3 hours. The hospital's service needs to get better, especially the long waiting times.

I had a great experience at Asiri Hospital Kandy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient, which made the whole process very smooth and stress-free. I was particularly impressed by their in-house pharmacy, which made getting my medication a breeze. Overall, I would highly recommend Asiri Hospital Kandy to anyone in need of medical care.

I visited Asiri Wellness Center last week for a health screening. The staff is super nice. Niranjala assited me in the whole process & it was super smooth. I’m impressed with the service they provided & would like to recommend to anyone.

Review for Dental section only: I filled my 3 teeth, just a general fill. I was charged 30,000/- rupees for filling. Nothing else has done, just filling. One of the expensive places to do filling. Again the doctor was worst, while doing the treatment, he was scolding to a nurse for full time and at the same time he was so sweet to an another nurse. What a pathetic doctor. One of the filled tooth left with rough surface and had to do smooth the teeth from one of another dental hospital. It also left a wound in side my tooth and had to see another internal doctor to cure the wound. Usually we go to Asiri kandy for every treatment and had a great experiences and the dental section is worst and sucks.

Tonight, I went to the hospital to have someone verify if my child was alright. The nurse checked the vitals, though okay, I told the OPD Doctor that he seemed to be having trouble breathing initially that triggered me to visit the ER. Then, and ONLY then will the doctor come near to my son to check with the stetoscope his breathing. And that is the only time I was advised to put him to bed in sitting position, despite them seeing that I had two sleepy children with me and carrying a heavy backpack with our necessities. And more so, I was asked where I live only to recommend another public and more distant hospital in case I will encounter an emergency. 4 stars for cleanliness. 1 star for minimal initiative to assist a struggling client. 1 star for recommending another hospital to visit in the future. Believe me when I say that this is uncalled for. There is a reason why I chose this hospital for my emergency needs and will try my best not to come again. Thank you.

Service is good and accurate. One of the best hospitals in Kandy area. Charges are little bit higher compared to the other hospitals.

Very high standards-- staff was very supportive and helpful, communication worked easily. Fees for consultation was around 15 Euros, so very cheap for a private hospital. The hospital has a pharmacy and a laboratory in the building, so treatment and medicine can be done there. Waiting time was around 1 hour on a Friday evening. The doctor spoke excellent English, was very attentive, friendly and clear in communication and prescription. Highly recommend, especially for tourists.

I had both my babies at Asiri Hospital Kandy in 2019 and 2022. Their service has improved a lot over the years. Nursing care is commendable and the staff is very friendly. The food is very delicious. Rooms are very clean and they daily clean the rooms and provide new towels as well. Asiri Hospital is the best Private hospital in Kandy. Highly recommend.

The medical professionals in the laboratory are superb! Very respectful, friendly and helpful! Took a toddler for a blood test there and they did an amazing job. Definitely coming here for lab tests from now on.
