We had bad experience at channel center recently, Doctor never go through previous report and details, same time he doesn't Inspect what doctor should be, communication with patients it's zero qualities, and it's totally waste of time & money as well, specially patients coming from out of kandy please consider these kind of unworthy channel center.

I suggest that people avoid this place. My father went to get medicine for knee pain. The doctor suggested that he should get an x-ray. The x-ray room had poor management. After taking the x-ray, while getting down from the x-ray machine, a nearby table cut my father's leg, resulting in a wound that needed at least 2-3 stitches. However, the hospital didn't treat the wound. I am going to take legal action against the management. No Safety at all

Very unpleasant service and very unpolite staff. I have been channeling doctors there about 4 years because some doctors do not come to any other places except this miserable place. The staff is acting like we are coming to meet doctors for pleasure. This is the worst channeling center ever around Kandy and I do NOT recommend to anyone this place. The staff is rude towards patients.

Worst channeling center ever in Kandy. Valid for one doctor and all of the staff. We are making some payment because we need a great consultation more than the government clinic and we need a good service more than the government clinic. But some doctors running on the money. I think one doctor has a mental problem, he don't need to know patient's pains but he has problems with patient's intelligence. One Urologist act like a Psychologist, but I think he has no idea even psychology, even medical ethics. He insults the patients using personal facts, he don't care who are staying around him and around patients And also he doesn't care about patient's rights. My parents looking to report this bad attitude to SLMC. Moreover, the staff might be thinking about they are coming from Heaven. They are also insulting customers without caring for anything. Mainly the security guards and the front-desk staff. And some nurses carry out their relations without numeric order. I tried to complain about this to the director board, but I couldn't find a way. I think the management should pay attention to fix this unethical process and bad attitudes. I would never recommend this place. *The lot of doctors do their consultations greatly. I appreciate them.

There is a psychiatrist here called Sapumal Jayasinghe who is completely incompetent, has no compassion, and is very arrogant. He is almost laughing at your depression. Find someone better for your.mental health, someone who cares and is knowledgeable.

Some of the nursing assistants working here provide their service to the patients very rudely without any humanity. It is also seen that they work unwillingly. I request the administrative department to look into this and provide excellent service to the patients. Thank you!

Worst place of this kind. Only one card payment machine working. So need to go up & down for payments. We need to pay cash for several doctors visiting here. That is the oldest method of payment used in early 90's. That practice is not used any where not even in small consultation centers in the country. This is the first and last time I'm visiting here. According to my experience l, my advice is to goto the place that have a name. I am not promoting any company here. This is a just an advice to people in Kandy, please goto A***I Kandy. You don't have to pay a huge amount. It may change one or two hundred rupees. But it is worth spending. Again I am not promoting any one. Just expressing my experience here and there.

Can book over the phone. most of the leading specialist doctors in Kandy can be channeled here. located in prime location but parking is a bit of a hassle. but they do have a parking space. they have 365 pharmacy service open from 8 am to 10 Pm. Most of the medical test and service is available here including ECG, EEG, EMG, Lab Service, X ray Ultra sound Scanning etc

One of the main healthcare services provider in Kandy.. You can channel consultant s from almost all specialties here. Good washrooms, a nice cafeteria- " Hela Bojun " and a Pharmacy... Friendly Staff

Poor timing. I called and booked number . No39 . They ask me to come at 1.30 pm. When i came here doctor not came until 3 o’clock . Now its time 4.24. Still waiting for my call. Very poor management. This is not my first time . If there is a option to less than a star ill give it definitely.. 😡😡😡😡😡

Worst service . Charge is very accurate. We choose private consultant for our convenient but they giving appointments but doctors coming so late. The government hospital doctors do this normally but we dont expect right here in this private plc But they also dont care about the time of appointment. They dont care patients situation. Plz try to work on time if you charge us.

Really disappointed about there receptionists, unfriendly and hangs up the phone even before asking the questions, worst customer service.

This is so redicules. 3 appointments to same number for today (31/03/2022) for Dr Thilaka Manel Nishshanka. I think more educated or more responsible person need do the handling of appointments. Even she has no any record for appointment details. They are wasting people money and time.
