A very good place for a night out with friends to enjoy quality food and away from all the noise. There are reception halls here and we have used it for corporate event several times. The food is very good given their low rates and place has a nice elegant look to it. The restaurant is also a spacious one and very nice during night. Place is more popular among foreign travelers compared to locals.

Kandyan Arts Residency located closed to Kingswood College, Kandy. Also in Kandy main road. They have restaurant, banquet hall, meeting rooms, workshop facilities wich can having party, wedding, little gatherings, birthday celebrations, meetings, workshops, family or friends events....etc. Staff is very friendly and good service. But they need to keep more clean washrooms and water closets. Feel it's ok to visit with your kids too. They have out door food stall also to enjoy some snacks.

Had a good meal in the restaurant located in 5th floor. Clean area. Cheese omelette was the best food ever had there. Washrooms also clean but someone were smoking smell was everywhere. Other than that, overall it's a perfect place enjoy. Nice view from there. Can enjoy the beauty of Handana mountain range. Lift available.

It was an amazing night stay here. The rooms very very spacious and cozy. Perfect humongous balcony with seating arrangements for morning coffee and lovely view . Morning breakfast was delicious. Parking space available. Staff was friendly.

Ample amount of space for dining. Pretty much easier to find all types of dishes from Salad bar to Dessert, But too salty, specially fish dishes are too salty, chefs needs to address this issue ASAP. Hence my dinner wasn’t enjoyable due to Sodium Chloride issue🙄😬😬. Overall it wasn’t a pleasurable experience

This is the hotel you will be having lunch in kandy if you have chauffeur driven tour. The driver gets to eat for free here it’s kind of aggremnt they have if they bring customers. Taste of the food is not good at all. Only pros here is the location and view.

I had to stay overnight for an emergency, Even i made a last minute reservation they managed to give their best service Mr. Jeewa is very helpful and gave the best service to accommodate us comfortably. Beautiful atmosphere in Middle of a busy city.

We visited this place for lunch because our driver recommended that this is a good Sri Lankan food place in Kandy. They offer a buffet, and the food was disappointing. None of the traditional Sri Lankan dishes was up to the mark. Their fish curry was particularly horrible and there pumpkin curry below average. Accessibility score: three on five. Like most other Sri Lankan places, this hotel is also not accessible with wheelchair through the elevator. Persons with blindness can also access the place without much trouble. Service is however not up to the mark.

Worst place to work. Atleast not paying for employees who work hard.

The view and the location is beyond the level the staff should be more considered about their room service. The front desk of course have no idea about the situation of the rooms. The management shoulb be more responsible for this matter.

I went for dinner. The food was yummy, the staff was good and it was not crowded at all. A really nice place to enjoy a meal in peace with your family or friends.

A frequently visited place for lunch. Easily accessible as it's by the road side of Peradeniya Road, just opposite Kingswood college Kandy. Delicious food with desserts. Food is not much spicy, ideal for foreign tourists but the ones who seek for spicier food can serve from the srilankan corner served alongside.

Not the ideal for lunch. Very little options in the buffet. Food is average. Had to use the staircase to reach the restaurant on the fifth floor. The elevator is out of operation. However, the view is good.

Very spacious room, big enough to take a morning stroll. Balcony with view to mountain and Kandy city. Food is average to very good. Depending upon tourist footfall on that day. Also one of the place for cultural show worthy of watching. I had got very good experience here coz hotel arranged for cake and all for our anniversary.

Customer service is very good. But room is not so clean and materials are old. Washroom don't have space. And room have balcony. They provide hot water for the bathroom . And they provide dialog tv, coffee table and kettle. Its good for the price we pay.

This is one of the best service hotels I have ever seen. I will tell others that the rooms in this hotel are very good. And there is a very friendly reception girl there. Don't know her name but thank you for being so kind and everyone I met at the hotel for giving me the best service!!!!

I was staying there for just 1 night, but that was good and comfortable staying with fascinating view to the mountains and city. I like the restaurant on the rooftop and the pieces of arts on the floors. Big thanks to Mr. Jeeva, he was so nice and caring, he helped me a lot and made my stay very comfortable!
