    Most unprofessional service ever and none of the below commitments by Srilankan Airline were adhered. Delays more than 6 hoursโ–ผ In the event our flight delays exceed 06 hours, to ease the inconveniences resulting from flight cancellations and misconnections, we will arrange for appropriate remedies which, depending on the circumstances may include the following: Re-route you to your final destination as soon as possible or at a later date that is convenient for you; Offer a refund of the fare for the affected segments in accordance with our terms in the General Conditions of Carriage; Provide appropriate accommodations at our contracted hotel based on availabilities, if required; Transport between the hotel and airport Meals/Refreshments Reasonable number of telephone calls We will take care of the immigration formalities of yours. Passengers with visa issues shall be accommodated at the Airport Transit Hotel.

    Very bad experience. Flight from Colombo to Karachi got cancelled. Alternate option given via Doha with increased travel/transit time by 12 hours. No hotel provided only lunch voucher given.

    Very disappointing. I went there because I had to miss my flight because of Indian visa problems. Came out in a panic. The counter had just 1 person standing in line and me standing behind waiting for almost 45 minutes, while the representative called other people standing in line and answered their questions and attended to their needs. I couldn't understand what a line is for. Shouldn't you be attended on a first-come-first-serve basis? Not in Sri Lanka. Anyone can butt in. Rude. Inconsiderate. Disrespectful. Lacking common sense. It is everywhere you go except in educated and cultured places. Once I got to the counter all I was told by the female rep was that I had to go to the office in downtown directly after making me stand at the counter for a full 20 minutes. Such nonsense I found out. May be she didn't like the way I looked? Oh well. So much for a disgrace to Sri Lankan airlines customer service. Not surprising.

    They cancel the flight when they see less passengers within 48 hours of departing time. And when people have no choice they just offer them more than 8 hours transit. And no facility of hotel. It happens with other people who I found getting furious at service desk regarding same flight cancellation issue. No more Sri lankan air line booking from my side.

    Tried to cancel my ticket, the website didn't work properly - the service men told me to email the company, then I did - 3 times. And so I missed the flight, without canceling it, cause the other side is in noble silence, no answer...nothing. I reached out eventually to the service, and I got the number of the refund services. I am waiting since yesterday for someone to pick up the frickin phone.

    I had the best experience on Sri Lankan airlines, keep up the great work My flight from Melbourne to Colombo was on time I am a flysmiles member and I was upgraded at the gate to business class - I was overjoyed ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป๐Ÿฅƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป Food was brilliant, more than enough leg space, comfy seats, very attentive staff Whatever said and done, I always fly Srilankan โค๏ธ

    I was given email confirmation of a Transit Hotel Accommodations. I have actually reconfirmed the night before to be safe. This was DENIED on the spot at the transit counter, and they said THEY MADE A MISTAKE and will not provide one. Imagine having a confirmed accommodations and being denied on the counter. I asked for a contact, and they gave me the default Sri Lankan Airlines contact number and refused to help me make a call. Instead asked me to send an email to customer service - who has not replied in hours.

    On the plane, the stewardess always pushed in the aisle instead of letting the passengers go through first. After all, it's all about customer satisfaction. Then I flew into Colombo without my luggage. At the baggage counter she recorded my loss, the gentleman was very nice. They have not yet taken my luggage to the hostel. After two days I want to continue travelling the country. So I have been trying to reach them for two days, yesterday morning someone picked up and when I started talking she just hung up. Then I called her again (0094-197333366) since then my call has not been answered. I called her again earlier, and while I was talking she hung up again! What an impertinence! I've already written 2 emails and never received a reply! I just want my bag back and please get back to me! Thank you very much.
