Very
disappointing.
I
went
there
because
I
had
to
miss
my
flight
because
of
Indian
visa
problems.
Came
out
in
a
panic.
The
counter
had
just
1
person
standing
in
line
and
me
standing
behind
waiting
for
almost
45
minutes,
while
the
representative
called
other
people
standing
in
line
and
answered
their
questions
and
attended
to
their
needs.
I
couldn't
understand
what
a
line
is
for.
Shouldn't
you
be
attended
on
a
first-come-first-serve
basis?
Not
in
Sri
Lanka.
Anyone
can
butt
in.
Rude.
Inconsiderate.
Disrespectful.
Lacking
common
sense.
It
is
everywhere
you
go
except
in
educated
and
cultured
places.
Once
I
got
to
the
counter
all
I
was
told
by
the
female
rep
was
that
I
had
to
go
to
the
office
in
downtown
directly
after
making
me
stand
at
the
counter
for
a
full
20
minutes.
Such
nonsense
I
found
out.
May
be
she
didn't
like
the
way
I
looked?
Oh
well.
So
much
for
a
disgrace
to
Sri
Lankan
airlines
customer
service.
Not
surprising.
