We wanted to visit Ambuluwawa Tower and spontaneously decided to extend the tour to Embekke and Lankathilake temples. Lesley was an excellent and super nice driver who told us many little details of places we were passing through. He was our guide on the locations and translated the locals' information on the rare occasion he wasn't knowledgeable about the specifics. He is super easy to talk to and speaks good English. He asked us if we wanted to visit some other specific places, but was never pushy about it and respected our wishes. We would have taken him up on the offer, were we not on a tight schedule. He charged a very fair price for a half day's work, especially considering the current inflation of the rupee und rising gas prices. We can really recommend riding with him, you'll have a very good time!

Lesley was very polite, spoke perfect Hindi and English, drove exceptionally well and safe, knew all the roads very well, well informed about all the destinations. I wish him all the best and recommend everyone to use his tuktuk safari, it is really worth your time and money!!!

The best guide you can imagine We were allowed to spend 2.5 days with Lesley. Lesley is a lovely and warm person who has managed to showcase his home in a very special way. We have seen so many beautiful places: hidden Buddha temples, rides on elephants, visited a tea plantation, we ate local food which was delicious and really cheap. At a fruit stand he explained all the fruits and we could try everything. We were in an Ayuverde garden with a guide. We have seen in the 2.5 days so much that fits in a whole vacation. He also told us a lot about Buddhism at the temple sightseeing. He is an incredibly generous person with a big heart. We can only recommend him wholeheartedly. Our suggestion, let you put together a tour of him. Best for several days. He can pick you up at the airport if you want. I can not imagine a better arrival than being greeted with his smile. In this way you lose any fear of contact to this country. You can see how incredibly respectful people can be here if you treat them with respect. He even organized the train ride to Ella for us. And not only that, he also organized our follow-up stations where his cousin took over. We are incredibly thankful that we met him. And we could rave about him for hours, but make your own experiences with him. If you have any ideas about your tour you can tell him that, of course, he will make a great tour for you!

Lesley is a really nice guy. I had two trips with him one in Kandy and another half way to Ella. Hi showed me a few nice places and stopped a few times on different "shops". E.g. a guy who produced honey with different flavours. Sure every one around whats to sell something. But at no place I had the feeling I must.
