Good place to shop. Relaxed atmosphere with no touting. can be slightly more expensive but is worth it for the quality you get. A very good selection of souvenirs & there are several tea outlets to chose a selection of teas. There's a cafe inside for something to eat.

Some clothes are good but prices are so expensive. They have a good staff but some of them are so annoying and they tried to sell some too expensive clothes to us. And that clothes are not that quality for the price. Cotton collection is better than this. (In my opinion)

Prices are little higher than outside. But may find the good quality clothes and uncommon styles. Some of crew members are really nice to customers and few are not.

Their Customer service is not satisfactory. We cannot expect the same level of customer friendly service as we experience at ward place Colombo 07 outlet. Not flexible. Staff have different opinions when serving customers and making inquiries, thus misleading and inconveniencing their customers at the end.

A calm and cool place to shop if you got a lotta money to spend on clothing. But the price is reasonable to some extent by considering the product quality. Most of their clothing items are too big for me. I know I'm slender but there are many people like me. BTW I love their jewelry collection. Very trendy.

Always go there to get Backstage or embark items. Other than that everything is super expensive and not worth it.

They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable about the products. Overall, despite the higher prices, the combination of a vast clothing range and excellent customer service made my shopping experience at Odell Kandy enjoyable and worthwhile.

I had a wonderful experience at ODEL in Kandy City Center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a great collection of items. Highly recommend!

This the best ODEL outlet so far i have visited. The staff is very supportive and friendly. The customer service is at its best.
